Lavo Night club Las Vegashatefire says (28 Oct '12)Just left Lavo Night club in Las Vegas, 2 AM where Kid Rock was suppose to show up at midnight to host the holloween party, what a disappointment. He was a no show, Might not seem like such a big deal, but for us die hard born and raised people from Detroit, it was a a big deal. We didn't expect a big flashy show or anything, just wanted to glimpse a hometown icon, glad we didn't spend the big bucks for a reserved table near the dance floor.

I was the winner of the Jim
I was the winner of the Jim Beam contest. We got there at 10:30 and left just before 2:30. I talked to one of the girls who was helping with the event ( Katie...really nice girl) and told her we had an early flight and were leaving. She texted me 1/2 hour later to let me know he was finally on stage but we chose not to return. We could hear him from our room on the 16th floor. Although my hubby loved the view ( Maxim girls sitting right in front of us all night) it just wasn't our kinda scene. 2 beers and 2 drinks....$42.00. Not exactly small town girl prices. Had really just wanted to meet him and tell him how much we appreciate what he does for our troops and our families. But,it was a hugely duel sponsored event so I'm sure they were running the schedule and the show. Some security guy snapped my wrist almost clean off when I tried to take a pic of 2 Maxim girls sitting on the chaise lounge behind us! The whole trip and what we thought would be the highlight wasn't but we had a great trip despite not seeing our hero.

Im sure if he wasnt they will let us know if he was or not...I have it happen every time I try to go get a photo you VIP nope didnt spend 300 dollars to be there...back of the line...move the line forward and move along. at Rockusa I was more than alittle miffed but I got over it...gotta PAY to PLAY and all ~ yeah IDK looks like he is in attendance and devils cut is mentioned and JB just came out with that so...Disapointment is NO SHOW jones he had alot of NOSHOWS one I was suppose to introduce him to the stage I got over it...i got over it quickly I got to go on dottie wests bus and view her wardrobe may me say George WHO?
