Thanks for a great birthday guess what i got being born on the 16th of november and for christmas i got tickets for Kids birthday in Detroit hell yes

ACCESSIBLE TICKETS

I joined the kid rock congregation to get tickets for the kid rock birthday bash. I have a comment about accessible seating and how it sucks to be in a wheelchair, or be a mother of a 14 year old in a wheel chair. I am real excited to take my son to a kid rock concert. I usually go to Pine Knob to see him, but was excited to have a chance to go to Ford Field because Pine Knob is great if you can stand up, but not so great if you can't. If you cant stand up, you cant see much of anything. I tried calling for tickets on the day of the Pre-sale in here, with no response. So I called Ford field on the day of the general pre-sale and got a response. I was told they would get back to me. It is now 12/3/10 and I still have had no official confirmation (like money taken out of my bank account) to insure I have tickets. Meanwhile, everything that is within walking distance of ford field (hotel rooms) are gone. I think it is really unfair how handicapper seats work, and not for just the event, but in general. We originally wanted to sit with my brother and his girlfriend and my niece and her boyfriend, but was told that was impossible. Turns out if you are handicapped and want to see an event at ford field you can only have one companion -- no such thing as friends going to a concert. If anybody with any power reads this post, I hope you will do what you can to see to it that people in wheelchairs have as much luck getting tickets as anyone else -- and that the process and be a bit speedier so that it doesnt take 14 days to get to know about tickets. Totally confused!! The local venue in Bossier City, LA 2/8/11, already has tickets on sale. Wonderful, BUT the cost is out the roof! For the NOSE BLEED Section, $206.00 each with a $45.00 service charge. No "presale tickets" have been listed as yet. I Love ya Bob and rocked with you last time you were here and it was Awesome, But Whoever is sucking the $change here well, wish you would make them lose their ASS. Guess I'll just have to wait for "Chillin' the Most" in April. See ya then!!

I have the CD it's all good. I would like to extend an offer to Rob if he ever gets the chance & wants to take me up on the offer. I am not sure how to get the message to him, so here I sit & try. I would love to toss him the keys to my 1989 White Lincoln 10 passenger Limo on Monster Truck wheels, seriously it sits larger than Bigfoot. If the KID ever wants to take it for a spin, the keys are his to have his way with it ( just wanna give back, for all he has done). I am in Romeo,MI. Or if he wishes I could give him a grand entrance to a show sometime. We are also in process of building another 4x4 he may find of interest to play with. Go Kid!!! So glad to see an artist cares enough to speak out about scalping! I have been complaining about this forever , especially cause there is such an easy solution! All the ticket office has to do insist on proof of identity, when you purchase a ticket whoevers name is used to purchase must be at the gate with their matching ticket and their group of people (say no more then 4 ticket purchases allowed). Vegas does it that way! Seems to be working out really well for them!

I for one support Kid Rock in his stance against crooked ass ticket brokers and their crooked ass moles in the ticket offices who give them first choice! Kid Rock and any other artist for that matter have absolutely nothing to do with whats going on at your local ticket master! How could he? It is the brokers plain and simple! When did scalping tickets and gouging prices become a legitimate business? I always thought that shit was illegal! I am not even a fan of Kid Rock but I was proud of him for what he had to say on this matter, he is literally the only artist in the last 10 years that has even addressed this bullshit ticket system. I gave up even trying in 06 when going to see David Gilmour of Pink Floyd cost me in total for parking and concessions and tickets close to a grand! Since I am not in the music business I don't know what the solution is but I think Zeppelin had issues with venues in the past and Peter Grant just basically told the industry fuck you and just got his own venues or at least threatened to until the industry caved and solved the problem. There is also the possibility of artists distributing their own tickets through their own websites and mail order deals. Just throwing out ideas here but good for Kid Rock he just earned himself a new fan!

I see I'm not the only fan not happy with ALL the $$$$$$$$$ the kid is rapen' us for! He thanks us for spendin' our hard earned dollars to come out & fatten his wallet, knowing full well all large part of his fans all americans are havin' a tough time putting food on the table, let alone get anight out. So what does he do? He ups the tickets to $100+ then spits VIP in our face along with the fan club bullshit etc etc! How much $$$$$$$$ will make you feel better about yourself my brother.

We all change & in my heart I believe I along w/ yourself have done some hardline self examination. It comes across in alot of your music from Devil to RnR Jesus. Or is all BS & good marketing? People believe in you & you spit in our face w/these outrageous prices & clubs to get a crack at the best. You have blasted a major portion of the people who made you, out of the ability to see you.

It's great you have come along way, unless all this is just a facade & only you & God knows. I wish you much joy & happiness in your life, but this is one dude who was at EVERY show I could drive to, that has to throw in the towel.

I wish I could understand. As my new walk has made me very aware that the resons behind things are at times necessary then there are those in wolves clothing. This may all sound like I'm ramblin', but as fuckin' stupid as I know in my heart the following is stupid & naive, I real believed you cared, I believed your songs, I've played them in Bible classes, I believed you would never let $$$$$$$$$ become your God!!!!!!!!! Because on 7/9 in giant shithole stadium, I & my lovely bride rocked our beat down tired old asses off for I'm guessin' the last time.And that night cost us $600 for 110 row 1 still a mile away. But we loved it!! And we love you!
