NO Tickets, on the phone and computer promptly at 10am. We went straight for the lawn seats, No Tickets. Tried different days.
Just wanted to take my girls to their first concert with my husband. Just wanted to spend an awesome Michigan summer night at DTE on the lawn. Something my husband and I enjoyed many many times when we were younger. Bummmer!

Something is definitly wrong. I signed on at 10:01am as well. Took 10 minutes to process only to recieve a message back telling me No tickets available? Tried different date, no tickets? Was on the phone with ticketmaster at the same time. NO tickets. How can this be?

This is bull shit!!! I know everyone wants to see Kid ROck. I thought safeguards were put in place so only PEOPLE/FANS could get tickets. Why is stub hub selling $20 TICKETS FOR YP TO $300???? bull shit!!!!

If scalping was not suppose to happen than tickets should be frozen on all those websites & be resold to his fans, just as kid rock wanted for the 20.00! They know who is buying by the credit card used! It could be corrected if it was handled the right way! The blame is not on kid rock, it is just a matter of repeating what he said he wanted to have happen for his fans. I am very sad as I was getting tickets for my children who only see each other once a year & it just happened to fall on my Daughter's Birthday and would have been wonderful gift for them!

Well Bobby I got screwed on tickets again. It's 10:25 4/13 and Stubhub has Pavilion for 395.00 and Lawn for 70.00.

I cool ... but to sign up for the kid rock fan club is not easy! I tried and could not do it so I just gave up and paid over 200.00 dollars for my tickets! I wanted to see him so bad I just said fuck it! I read on his facebook so many others trying to do it and can't!

I've been trying for 4 days to buy a membership so I could get presale tickets. But haven't been able to do that. WHY!!!!!!! I have a feeling when I go online tomorrow to buy tickets, they'll be gone before I get any. That's what always happen in Michigan for tickets to see Kidd Rock. But, I will try again as usual. My daughter & I want to go really bad and our husbands.

DTE show will still have good seats to sell, would expect the credit cards to fail in a few cases, and the corporate give backs of unused tickets happens the day of the show. If you keep at Ticketmaster, and ask for ONE best seat available, you might surprise yourself.

agreed Cheryl, but their still needs to be some sort of webcrew answering questions or they might as well delete this discussion thread, or at least start their own imo..people have asked questions or made suggestions about the website and they have gone unanswered,just doesn't seem right...still can't understand why their is a krc tab and why some folks are able to post a discussion under the krc if the krc doesn't exist anymore..still just seems very confusing and unorganized that's all...anyone running this website wanna take this one?????

I so agree Tammy, but unfortunately, think it was a money saving move to go to TopSpin, and they do not have staff to handle volume like Artist Arena. Not that AA didn't have problems, but, with this presale, I'd take them back in a heartbeat, and pay for it. We paid a decent pop for TopSpin membership, the one who made the cost savings was Bob. Don't think it was the smartest business move. He should have doubled the staff at TopSpin and posted their phone number here once he got a flavor on the first presales first leg.

Everyone you need to take issues with presale to http://kidrockrebelsoul.com/tickets/. Arista does not handle the ticketing like in the past. That is why no one is getting answers here in regards to ticketing. This changed at the beginning of this tour. Presales codes were sent out in Dec and Jan a couple days after you signed up for Rebel Souls. You use them for the entire leg of the tour. 12 total tour 4 per show. Contact them and they will give you presale codes.

Why is it that I can buy the presale password from a ticket scalping website, but I can't get my password as a Fan Club member? Doesn't this defeat the purpose of scalpers and rewarding the fans who pay for a membership? Something isn't right here. This whole 'care about the fans' thing needs a little rework. If you're a Fan Club member there should be an easier way to contact someone about these codes. Just saying...

If you have a friend you trust to share with you cool. But if folks post codes, then anyone could use it at anytime and unknown to the poster run their 12 show limit out. They wouldn't find out until they used the code again.

I am in the Kid Rock Fan Club (Rebel Soldiers). I'm paid up. However in order to order presale tickets to Detroit i need a promotional code. I have no clue what it is and I have no clue who to contact. I've looked through all my emails and can see nothjng about my code.
Can you help me?
I admire the work everyone is doing to 'keep it real' but it's tough to contact anyone to get information. I also never received my Rebel Soldiers package. I received the tracking number but that was a month ago with no delivery. There is no one to contact. Please help.

I havent been able to renew my membership. Ive tried on Ticketamster but the link is not aavailable eventhough the web site says we can purchase those today! I really wanted presale tickets!
