Yes you must join the Rebel Soul. This changed early this year. They are not taking new members until after the presales as you must purchase at same time as you get tickets. What city are you looking to get tickets for.?

Had i got a ticket for my venue....It would have had $13 in fees on top of the $20. YES i agree that is a bit off. Shouldn't be that high on a $20 ticket....You always have the option...take it or leave it though.
