I want to first personally thank Kid for allowing people the opportunity to speak their minds on his website. I just left a comment on Justin Bieber's about the poor ticketing process that occurred during today's presale and within moments, my comment was taken down. Really? I was polite and wanted him to know how so many of his (Bieber's) fans were not even offered tickets on the ticketmaster website, even at the very beginning of the sale. I don't blame Justin but he should be made aware of what a fiasco it was (BTW-his website had crashed right after 10). I think it's absolutely hilarious that my comment was deleted.
With that all said, I have seen so many comments on this, KIDS' website, that I am sure Kid would have loved to have removed but didn't. It takes brass ones to do that and I respect him even more for it.
I also want to thank Kid for making all the attempts to bypass the scalper and secondary ticket sale sites by not issuing paper tickets and by making fans pick up their tickets with ID at the concerts.
Kid---you are a gem for thinking of your fans.

RSMS. section 34, row 52. But, at UofM/MSU this year I had wheelchair seating in section 74. Wow was that great! SO much room around us, an elevator to take us up there and food & bathroom right by the entrance to our seats. And, it is about at the 50 yard line so we could see the entire field rather than mostly the North side. Won't be in the wheelchair section next year, my friend was just dealing with a hurt leg this year. I will be at U of M/OSU. Only get to one game a season, but it is always either MSU or OSU at the Big House!

Diana: the scalpers stand right in front of the UM Union all week before the game buying and selling tickets and also on game day and no one has ever done anything about it. BTW- where are your seats? We should meet up at a game. I'm section 19.

Scalpers are scum. Taking advantage of a person's love for an artist/sports team by ripping them off on ticket pricing. I am amazed at how there seem to be little to no consequences. Each year at U of M stadium scalpers stand right outside the stadium (OK, they are on the sidewalk or Ann Arbor Pioneer school grounds, but still right by the stadium, although not stadium property) and they are selling tickets for many times the face value! Cops stand on the corner of Main and Stadium to handle traffic and yet nothing seems to be done about the scalpers. Once I asked how much the tickets were, even though I already had mine, and I was told $500 for the U of M/OSU game. I think my face value was $60 or $70! UGH! I hope no one bought them from that guy.

Shame po po don't take some steps to end scalping as well. IT honestly shouldn't fall on an artist to care if his fans get ripped off or whatever. BUT like i have said before that would require work etc. Every once in a while they will bust a ticketing agency, but it don't happen too often....SHAME too for legit fans of bands and music lovers....
I nearly cracked either today or yesterday. Saw on yahoo where the cops picked up some idiot who wanted to smoke ole Bieber....must be rough being hated like that! Anyways sadly enough i laughed and shook my head.

Do think they have done a lot to lessening scalping, but I still want to see what happens. Scalping is like that 50s movie, TheBlob. It just keeps coming, they find newer ways to bypass. Must be a lot of money in there profit wise to keep it so active.

He does have brass ones. I got brass ones to and pay the toll for them sometimes too...IT is cool he tries to keep it real for the fans and the tickets available for them instead of letting them get robbed by scalpers or not getting a show due to not being able to pay for scalpers tickets.
