Dark Thirty
There’s a faceless girl
In a nameless City
Ready to take on the world
Oh she’s so damn pretty
Bright eyes and long curls
Never been down and dirty
Aint never seen the things
That happen at dark thirty
The bad bad things that happen
At dark thirty
There’s some kind of people
That change right after dark
Take advantage of a young girl
With a certain kind of spark
Might wind up in the dirt
Down in Central Park
For whatever its worth
Happens at dark thirty
Bad bad things happen
At dark thirty
There’s a faceless kid
In a nameless town
He plans to make it big
He plans to bring it down
Make sure that You do that,
Make sure that You do that, Blue :-)
I was always petrified when I lived in my apt in Plymouth that someone would forget to turn off the stove or go to bed with a lit cigarette----so I always carried "Renter's Insurance"
Still do now in Atlanta in a single family home. We just never know what the day is going to bring.

Amen, Donna. Have it on my list of things to do to use my future purchase video to record all my craft stuff, and expensive items. Also will check with Amica on the tenents insurance to make sure I have "pay in full" riders on the stuff that needs it. At this stage of disability and income, I cannot afford a wipe out if a neighbor accidentally burns down the building.

It took my cousin and her family almost an entire year to get through the insurance shit after her house fire. They had to have two of those rental trailers on their property while the house was being rebuilt. What a pain. But, the house is done, beautiful and they are filling it with new precious memories. There is light at the end of the tunnel...........

Love ya, Toni. Looking forward to seeing you soon. I agree with the others; stand your ground and don't let them lowball you.
when my mother's house burned
when my mother's house burned, the insurance company kept trying to lowball and fight her on certain figures. She held her ground and they finally paid in full. It's their job to try and get out as cheap as they can.
Keep holding strong and don't give in until your satisfied with their offer.
I feel bad, too, that they
I feel bad, too, that they can't even think about booking the cruise since everything is so up in the air for them. I hope you are right, 420 and it will all work out in the end.
Hi Toni, still thinking of
Hi Toni, still thinking of you. Sorry you are having so much trouble with the insurance co. Keep your chin up, it will all come together in the end.
Just glad I was able to help.
Just glad I was able to help. Sure hope that couple gets a good attorney. Sounds like they will need one to get that insurance company to pay up. Otherwise they low ball it, and folks cannot even rebuild structure let alone fill it back with the essentials.
I'm so sorry to hear Toni,
I'm so sorry to hear Toni, that you're still having a hard time with the Ins. co. We all pay our Ins. premiums & expect them to be there to help us we need them the most, seriously...ugh! Eventually your life will get back to normal, hang in there Toni. ((Hugs)) You're still in my thoughts:)
