KRC no longer exists, it was replaced with a new fan club/ticket sale source, Rebel Soldiers, though you can still see it which is confusing you bet. Click on the tour prompt and follow TopSpin's instructions. Send them an email immediately as email only fan club, especially if your presale is Weds, 4/10.
