    Dear Mr. Ritchie,

    My name is Joy and I'm a college student and single mother of a 10 yr. old little boy. I can't tell you how much of a true fan I am of yours, but feel you are the absolute BEST performer/artist of all-time. I have a chronic bone/muscular disease that is so rare, none of the physicians in my little hometown have ever treated anyone else with this illness.

    I am requesting that you give me the honor of just getting to shake your hand or give you a hug as one of my last hopes...I'm not looking for your pity, I just want to express to you how much you really are a big part of everyday people's lives like mine. You are an inspiration for others to stand up for what they believe in. Rock on!
