Hey Issy! Welcome from So. Cal! I have been on only a few weeks. The worse thing I have found is that this damn site is addicting!!! Don't take negative stuff people say personally. You really need sense of humor here. Most people are great. I have a blast. Just remember that we are Kid Rock fans and we can get just as rock and roll wild! Have fun.

I dunno about the chat you have your good times and your bad times in there but its really now different than the blogs, I have seen allot more crueler things on them then the chat, but that's just my observation and in chat once its gone its gone not on a blog forever. But then again I started out on the net in chat rooms, so I know how to deal with it better than some. Different strokes for different folks I guess.

Welcome to the playground. Just take your time and make up your own mind about people, don't let Micki's or Lori's comments influence you, everyone got a different view on how things go down around here. I personally don't see anything wrong with chatting in blogs, it's much easier to have a friendly conversation that everyone get can involved in.

Try and keep an open mind towards all views and opinions and you'll fine with both 'sides'. Unfortunately there are 'sides' because of strong differences in opinions and those quick to judge you for them

Love the name. What is it short for? My daughter has cats named Izzy and Slash, a HUGE GnR fan (thanks to me) hahaha.

Yep.. the ones who like to start trouble are usually the ones who stay up half the nite posting comments on blogs using it as a chat room with their buds,checking up on members, being nosey and lookng at their photbucket accounts, or following some one into other members pages posting a negative comment, when they leave one for one of their friends

Careful about picking the ones who start trouble. Ive only been here a few weeks but I know alot of them from other KR boards. Try looking for ones who RL live in your region of the US to start. Welcome!

If you want you can add me as a friend. Your best best is to float around here a bit and read peoples blogs, find the ones that seem cool or you think you click with and add them as a friend.

That chat room here gets busy too and you can always stop in there and talk one and one with some of the other members.
