    ~From the "House Of Cash" ~I wanted to share this--

    I wanted to share this--it's something that Johnny Cash wrote back in August 1970

    So--tonight, I was reading the book, "House of Cash" by John Carter Cash and came across this. I found it incredibly profound and when I read it--I realized how ~timeless and ~true this writing was-- and still is for stars today.
    I felt compelled to share it with my KrTbt Family :-)
    Here it is---

    ~August 21, 1970

    "Public life is unbelievable--
    Being a "star" means so many things--and all of them the opposite of normalcy.
    If your face is familiar--
    You are stared at, pointed at, laughed at, frowned at, whispered at, yelled at, and followed.
    People say lots of things about you that they wouldn't say--if they knew you heard.
    Everything you do well is taken for granted--
    Any mistake is a matter for great attention."

    Hits home--doesn't it?

"they want to see us fry; I guess because only God Knows Why" I think Bob has had an idea on how to handle fame pretty well in the last few years. The younger years were wild and mistakes made, but hell, we ALL make mistakes while we are young :) And, some of them are what memories are made of! LOL

Fame can cause a lot of bliss, and a lot of headaches. If you aren't able to mature and keep yourself grounded, you missed the point of the money and all your hard work.

Why is it that people want to see others fall and fail instead of recognizing their accomplishments, especially when they have worked so hard for them? I think downright jealousy is the answer.
