To Whom It May Concern, Preferably Anyone Who Can Contact Kid Rock,
I am writing this letter to hopefully interest you in getting the word out to Kid Rock that I need his help in welcoming my husband back home after serving 20 years in the United States Air force. My husband will be ending his military service in March 2014 and I am planning a bonfire party and hopefully private concert at his parents’ house in Howell, MI. My husband, was born and raised in Detroit, Warren, & Howell Michigan and at the age of 19 he joined the service and left Michigan. He has always been proud to wear and show off his Michigan pride no matter where he is at. To include getting that Detroit Soul started when he hears Kid Rock on the radio.
Now after 20 years of service I would like to welcome him back home with a retirement party he will not forget. Several years ago the same type of bonfire party was held at his Dad's 30 years of service retirement party from in the Marine Core. Both father and son have served in several combat zones and various places around the world. Also both father and son are decorated service members and his dad also known as “Motown”, received a purple heart while serving in Vietnam.
To welcome my husband back home I would love to have one of his favorite local artist perform at his retirement party celebrating 20 years of service and the combined 50+ years of service his family has served for this country. Those attending the party will be family and friends of which many have extensive military backgrounds.
Please respond and let me know the cost and how to go about booking Kid Rock for the Kay Families 50+ years of service party and one of the best bonfire retirement parties someone from Michigan could have.
Your help is truly appreciated,

Best of luck, hope he'll stop
Best of luck, hope he'll stop by. Nice idea, the retirement bash. Please thank him and your son for their service to our country, and to you as well for the the sacrifices I am sure you endured. Hope you all have a great 2013!
