    Two moe ciggs to go then I quit ,am I on the  right community category?:0,hmm,I started writing something earlier,but some how  I did something and didn't hit comment, and did some thing else and messed the whole thing .Oh well ,I need to smoke my last cigg. for the rest of my life and drink my last drink and go to bed.And hopefully we don't get anymore snow.Here I am complaining and look what is happening in our world... GOD BLESS

I am working on quitting myself. With my health issues it aggravates them currently. So i am cutting back til i get my surgery consult so by the time i have surgery i will only be smoking a few and it won't be that bad. Cold turkey blows. I have done it before. Cutting/weining back has worked for me well. One less cig a day, 1 then 2 then 3 and so on your body adjusts. Then when it is time it isn't as bad. I will be laid up for several days even after i come home anyway. Basically i won't feel like going outside and smoking. I am gonna do my best to make it that last time i smoke the night i go in or the morning of the surgery...Plus i will probably have some pain killers and sleep a lot.
