Good Mornin'

Hi Val, yea, it's four different ones.. on his website he had them for sale individually and then in a bundle. I haven't gotten a chance to open the other three yet, but just the live one. The live one is good.. he brings his sister out for a song or two.. pretty voice. There's other instruments on it.. so to me it's not as raw and I love raw.... like he has another percussionist playing bongos, chimes, and other magical things.. and there's an organist.. sounds like one of those B3 that ya hear Jimmie play. I could see him doing well at peace festivals, the college circuit.. I think that the songs I mentioned above and 'Forever is a four letter word' are some of his best ones. As for Shooter, I love his older stuff. I'm partial to when he had Leroy Powell in the band as his guitarist.. but Leroy Powell is doing his own thing now with a band.. and they are very good too. Kinda funny how I find all my new music thru Kid Rock... love it :) But a good while ago, Kid Rock did a holiday special.. not sure if it was the Christmas one or a Thanksgiving one.. my mind's drawing a blank.. but he had Shooter on his show and Leann Rimes... I almost wanna say it was the one where they did the turkey.. but I have a feeling I'm wrong. Anyway.. that's the first time we heard of Shooter... and after that we bought his 4th of July album.. up to his live Electric Rodeo album.. and went to a few of his shows around the area at small clubs and bars. The shit was off the chain... it was the first time I hung out the whole entire night at the bar aside of the stage and had a blast with the ppl around watching his show... Shooter and Powell brought the stank of stale liquor on evr'body's clothes that night ;) So seeing him on the boat was hard to top that moment for me, but seeing him walk around 'by himself', doing a lil side step drunken shuffle and mingling with us other participants was pricless. I like raw Shooter.. I think his band,is too shined up. my honest opinion
