I got there okay. But once Jamie set started it wall went south. I was talking to ppl next to me. They didn't seem interested so i decided to mind my own business. Up comes an Indiana state trooper and i guess security who drug me out the show . I told them i was there to see the show, take pictures, and have a good time. They ejected me. Then proceeded to arrest me. I have never stayed over night in jail. Now i have. It was a very unpleasant experience. I was alone at the show. They wouldn't even give me a phone call. My mom was worried sick, she tried to call me 16 or 19 times. Let 3 voice mails. Scared to death something had happened to me. And yeah it did. The cop said 3 ppl complained i wouldn't leave them alone. I spoke to ppl and they didn't seem interested so i just minded my own business. How is that bugging them. They charged me wit public intoxication.
I really honestly thought i would be with cool people, Kid Rock. The crowd was nothing as expected and honestly very unhospitable. I tried to be nice and converse. When i saw they wanted none of it i kept to myself.
It was crazy. I got one helluva bond out. I am still spinning. Now i have a court date. This Kid Rock show is gonna cost me upwards of over $500 and i still don't know what the judge is gonna do. IF i don't show up they issue a bench warrant. I messed up but damn. I am a grown person and take responsibility for myself. I was just hoping i would meet Kid and let him see the lyrics i wrote. That he would take a pic with me and sign a couple of cd booklets. Man, did it all go south....
Not going to be going to many concerts in the near future and the ones i do go to will be stone cold sober and not take no chances. And i sure the fuck won't talk to some assholes who think they are going to get me thrown out for speaking to me.The lesson was learned with me. Just damn sorry it was the hard way. Wish i had seen the show and not went the route i went.

I dunno maybe i shouldn't bitch about it being a Kid Rock show. The way it went i down i am thinking it probably had more to do with the locals and so on. I am just so burnt right now is all i can say. Trying to get in my head what to say when i get my chance to speak and do it right so maybe i get out of this mess okay.
I never thought i would go to a show and get in this kind of shit without me actually doing something. I just feel railroaded and fucked over is all. Had i done something to deserve being ejected i would have hung my head and took my lumps. It seems all about the money and shit to me.
Whatever. Believe what you want. My record speaks for itself not just criminal (of which i had none btw) , i mean if i can go to at least 100 concerts and never get arrested, ejected and usually wind up making friends ppl why would i change? Fact is i don't. I treat ppl nice until they give me a reason not to... Then most times at show being i am in St. Louis, Nashville, or any other place in driving distance i don't start shit. Not smart to get thrown in jail away from home or any place for that matter.

Interesting that i did get arrested to me too. Also interesting that the judge the next morning told me i could get up to 180 days and $5,000.00 fine.
interesting that out of all the people there fucked up, they would arrest you. they dont arrest people for no reason at all.

Without a blood alcohol, breathalyzer, field soberity test? I have no criminal record and by the way there was a lighter in my effects and it wasn't mine. I also told the cop that was why i spoke to the ppl in front of me. I don't use a cheap ass lighter i use a baby bic, not some 99 cent solar. It is called abuse of power.

Not likely. I remember my actions. I did nothing wrong. I don't black out or forget. There is no test to prove i was drunk. Perhaps they saw easy money because i was out of state. And mysteriously my concert ticket is missing which i had in my pocket to.
they usually dont eject drunk people, let alone arrest them. well not here anyway. im thinking that there is more to the story that you are telling or you were so fucked up you dont remember what you did lol.
ive been drunk to the point i couldnt walk and was the last person seated in a concert hall, and was never arrested, lol
I can't believe not one KR fan thinks any of that shit that went on at show and happened to me was wrong? Would one of you complain just because someone spoke to you at show? That is fucking crazy. Hell i had a guy at a different show threaten to beat my ass for standing 5 feet from him. Did i call security, no. Did i fuck wit him other then tell him i am not moving, no. By the way alcohol was served at a pay bar for the VIP ticket i had.

They said Ty or Jamie can't remember which. I said i was there to see Kid Rock. I tried to get the asshole in front of me to pick up my lighter that was by his feet twice. Then said fuck it and wrote it off as i would have to go out to my car and get another one. Yeah i was bugging them and i was rude by asking that. What the fuck ever... When this is all said and done i am gonna do a show review on the 2 websites i do show reviews on. Including the court papers. My name omitted of course and let the world know how ppl get treated in Indiana and at a Kid Rock show...
You know the more i look up on Indiana law the more i think i got a chance of beating this charge. I have no record. I wasn't read my rights. They did no field sobriety, blood alcohol, breathalyzer or any kind. I was drug out of there like a common criminal. I wish one of you ppl on here was an Indiana lawyer...
