oh, sorry! I got so carried away in the "Ball Bra" thread I forgot about the storm! lol

NYC dodged a bullet, I'm happy to say. there were still alot of flooding but luckily for the most part in the areas that were evacuated. and the subways have some flooding so it'll be a while before they can get up and running, but people are fine here. some had property damage... those reports are still rolling in. my neighborhood was good, and my family and I are all ok. I think NJ sounds like they have had more problems.

I think there are a lot of KR fans from this community that are gonna have to ride out this storm. I hope everyone is well and safe, and lets keep checking in here on each other.

Msbehavin, I believe Beckxy is inland quite a bit more. I'm sure they will still get a lot of bad weather, but unless the path changes, hopefully the main part of Irene will miss them. hopefully she'll see this and check in!

I thought about Jade b/c I believe she is in Brooklyn area, one mentioned by Mayor Bloomberg...
My friend in Jersey said her place in Sea Isle was evacuated and no flashlights left for sale...thinking of you all...
