PowerGig.com has added a description of each song featured in their Power Gig: Rise of the SixString video game. The incredibly diverse list of tracks boasts songs from across multiple rock genres including alternative, classic, indie, metal and punk, with more than 80% of the tracks making their band game debuts with this game.

Kid Rock, Eric Clapton and Dave Matthews Band have each entered into exclusive agreements with Seven45 Studios to provide songs for Power Gig: Rise of the SixString. These deals mark the first time ever that songs from each of the three artists will appear as part of a music video game.

Each artist has provided original master recordings of their hit songs for Power Gig: Rise of the SixString, the first band video game for which the guitar controller is a functioning six-string electric guitar.

Power Gig: Rise of the SixString will be available for the PlayStation3 computer entertainment system and Xbox 360 video game and entertainment system. The game gets released on Tuesday, October 19, 2010.
