Event Organizers Plan for Severe Weather

Summer event season is in full swing in the Quad City area. And as the events go on, so does severe weather.
Event organizers must plan for any possible weather conditions. Burlington Steamboat Days President and Des Moines County Sheriff, Mike Johnson, said organizers run through exercises with emergency management crews.

Redneck Paradise Video to Premiere June 30th

CMT reports that Kid Rock's video for his next single "Redneck Paradise" will make its exclusive world premiere on CMT, CMT.com, CMT Pure and CMT mobile on Sunday, June 30. Additionally, a preview of the video will be aired the day before during CMT's "20 Greatest Redneck Videos" which is hosted by Kid Rock.
As we previously reported, the song has been remixed and now features Hank Williams Jr. Scenes for the video were shot in Troy, Alabama back in April.
