my mind is filled with confusion
and pain each day it seems
sometimes its hard to get thru
the day I sometimes wonder why

I live my life in peace
sometimes it seems so hard
to live up to what you want to be
the life of being what you thought
was a good life and free
God has given me so much its true
but the best gift he has given me
was special and true ..it was you

in the eyes of a daughter
beautiful smiles and that sweet face
there is nothing that can replace
her eyes that sparkle every time
she sees you and knows shes loved
I hold her heart sooo carefully
in my heart too and everyday
I live my life for you
I love the way you laugh and get mad too
