Perhaps you should find all the Soliders currently enlisted from the state where the "JUDGE" will not give you community service credit and see if they still feel like they are community worthy?..........
If they read what their state does not consider part of their Community I wonder where they'll move and take their taxes to when the get released from their duties. I say go beyond the power hungry judge and move up to the Governor, afterall the entire state is his community. I'm appalled they think only those people who are lucky enough to enjoy the freedoms our soldiers have secured for us within their state is considered community. My son was underway in a Nuclear Sub for months, I had no idea where he was, but I can tell you this............He is a major part of our community.
Thank you to your son for his service.
The Judge never said that working with the troops wasn't community service. He said he wouldnt count something that Bob was going to anyway towards his community service.
I think this topic is getting way too out of hand. Bob should just do his 80 hours at a court approved thing and stfu
