This will definitely make you laugh! Turn up your sound!
The accident occurred in the Dallas - Ft. Worth area.
This is a phone call from a man who witnesses the accident
involving four elderly women. It was so popular when they played
it on CHUM- FM, they put it on their website.
    The guy's laugh is contagious.

Luke AFB is west of Phoenix and is rapidly being surrounded by civilization that complains about the noise from the base and its planes, forgetting that it was there long before they were. A certain lieutenant colonel at Luke AFB deserves a big pat on the back. Apparently, an individual who lives somewhere near Luke AFB wrote the local paper complaining about a group of F-16s that disturbed his/her day at the mall.
When that individual read the response from a Luke AFB officer, it must Have stung quite a bit.

    The complaint:

Got the idea for this blog yesterday when I drove home from work and saw the signs along the road. I must have seen these signs a 1000 times but yesterday I got the link........... Unfortunately I had no camera with me so it had to wait til today!
So what's it all about? After reading a lot of your blogs and comments I noticed that you refer to his given name and write about BOB. Well, BOB is very famous here in Holland and he is along all our highways! See for your self! The words on the sign mean "BOB stays BOB until he's home again". What does it mean?

    When Dissertation Troubles Surrounded Me:

This is an appreciative letter to thank the people who provided pin-point and professional dissertation help at the time when I was totally disappointed and had braced myself to meet the disaster regarding my PhD degree. It was the worst time of my life when I even thought of my dissertation disapproval.

I was busy working and handling my social life. You can say that I was hanging in balance among my dissertation, office work, family and social life. That time was double edged sword for me.

And the worst part that I had no clue how to manage to

I may be recouperating from being ill for a month but I had to take advantage of this deal!
My motto: "If it's free, it's for me!" LOL!
The wait was only about 40 minutes to get our table but we waited outside and it was gorgeous out today.
I loved it since it has been so long since I have been well enough to get out of bed.
I wound up back in the hospital a second time. I have been in bed, sick as hell since the beginning of January.
So.... to get out of the house and to get "free" food??? LOL! Whata GREAT day! LMAO!

I'm deffinatley starting to feel better... Thank God!

A little place I frequent always comes up with these things and posts them in the restrooms. I thought this one was pretty funny.

    NINE WORDS WOMEN USE

    (1) FINE: This is the word women use to end an argument when they are right and you need to shut up.

    (2) FIVE MINUTES: If she is getting dressed, this means half an hour. Five minutes is only five minutes if you have just been given five more minutes to watch the game before helping around the house.

    (3) NOTHING: This is the calm before the storm. This means something, and you should be on your toes.

The pain of loss. Sometimes unbearable.
The loss of a father, my father.
    A daughter's long time memories.
A special bond which I thought could never be broken.
Not a loss from death. That I could understand, deal with,
but the loss of Spirit between two people.
When the anger and pain of another who doesn't understand
the love between a father and daughter, is allowed to overtake
    the Spirit of the two.
Swallow it whole and keep it from the light.
That Spirit withers and dies, and the bond is painfully broken.
Replaced now, by pain and hurt.
I miss those days of speaking without words,
    the knowing smiles.

My thoughts and prayer go out to the family and friends of Billy Powell who has passed away. So sorry to hear. Lynyrd Skynyrd is the core of my favorite music and lifestyle. I am glad I had the chance to see him an concert several times before he passed on. Hey...now he's joined his other brothers and sisters in heaven!
