I'm pissed! I got online with my presale code, got the tickets that I wanted in my cart on ticketmaster. Went to check out, filled in my card info and hit submit and got a message that my request could not be processed! It made me start all over again and I lost those tickets. They were the best ones that I have gotten in all the years that I have been in the fan club and going to KR concerts (section one right next to the stage)! Of course by the time that I started all over again, I couldn't even get tickets on the floor.

Hi guys. I work on the Topspin side. Literally the whole company is answering messages in Customer Support to make sure everyone is sorted out before tomorrow, so hopefully everyone who wrote in there is now resolved.

A few things that keep coming up:

1) The Nashville presale is 12/19, not tomorrow. Sorry about the error in the email - that confused everyone. The Nashville presale starts 12/19 on Ticketmaster so the page at kidrock.com/tour is correct for all events and presale times.

2) For the Ticketmaster presales, you don't need to be logged into the KRC or the new Rebel

I received my email containing my redemption code to convert my fan club membership over to the new Rebel Soldiers. I tried over and over to get the code to work with no success. I emailed support and Nicole sent me the links again with instructions on how to do it. I still couldn't get it to work. I was panicking because the presale for the Huntsville, AL show was this morning. Fortunately, Nicole had included the presale code to use and I was able to get my tickets. Yay!!

Argh! I have the same email as always, checked junk/spam box too and NO EMAIL RECEIVED WITH REDEEM CODE for the Springfield, Missouri Non-Ticketmaster Presale ticket sale that begins in 8 days. Please help... I've submitted posts everywhere I've located thus far :(

Trying to figure out when an email will be out for the pre-sale code for the Huntsville, AL concert. They go on sale Wed.

Also, how do I find out when my membership expires...

hey kid rock. I think you should write a song or at least recognize the fact that many people grew up with their parent or parents both working for one of the big three. I am a child of a man who worked 40 yrs. for the ford motor co. and he retired when he was 60 yrs. old He died of cancer not even a year later. The sad part was i was to be married a few days after he went into the hospital for the last time. He never seen me get married. So that marriage ended after 10 years. So i ended meeting a man and fell in love again and we are now going to be married for 24 yrs.
