I have been trying to renew my membership and I can't find where to do that anywhere on this site. So.... I'm not getting any information on the pre sales.. Frustrating! Can anyone tell me how to renew my membership?

is anyone else having issues getting their fan club merchandise? I renewed my membership on 11-26-2012( when it was still Kid Rock Congregation), and have not received items, the customer support is telling me that since the KRC switched to the rebel soldiers they have another company shipping their items, and i need to contact the KRC shippers in order to receive mine, so not happy about this, as i have sent a request and am of course getting the runaround.Any ideas or suggestions please

I paid for a deluxe membership to Kid Rock Congregation in November 2012 and within a week it was transferred to Rebel Soldiers. I have yet to receive my t-shirt or laminate and am getting the runaround when I reply to the confirmation emails. I was sent to memberships@thekrc.com and artist arena and no one has a record of my membership and they keep telling me to go to the other company although I get the pre sale notices and the payment was deducted from my bank account in November. Has anyone else had a similar experience? Does anyone have a solution?

I cant wait til tomorrow night!!!! I have been to several Kid Rock shows but...i have a feeling that this is gonna top em all!!!! See all u North Cacalacas in the building.. Woohoo!!! Thanks for the presale codes for the fanclub :) Pisses me off to see all these great seats being sold for 100 times more than cover by some $ hungry jerks. I am sorry because I have met a lot of great people on this site. That is how the Woodshop Family came to light. Then again that was in 2010, things have changed.
Unfortunately the hate I have witnessed is far more than entertaining or enlightening.
You can stick up for what you think are someone's values and then all of a sudden they turn the page and spread mean and hateful things in a later post or time. They become a horse of a different color.
I feel sorry that Kid's site has come to this. I will not speak for the rest of my group but I know their feelings.
