this is the second time i paid for a membership and was promised to get presale password for chicago . and never did.. i want a refund for my membership.. this is bullshit.. it was a waste for me to pay for a membership.. you guys are in a scame with scalpers for these tickets.. befroe tix went on sale you could have went to stubhub and got tix for over 200 bucks.. i wnat my refund
This is such bullshit, stood in line and called for tickets for 3 hours. No flipping tickets, please tell me Kid can`t figure out how to deal with this shit! Why can`t we go to Ford field? Seems like a big scam to me and I love kid rock!
I really am disappointed in this whole deal. I thougt this is what Kid was trying to stop. I know 3 people that were on the site at 10am and couldn't get tickets. Yet I now can go to stub hub and buy lawn seats for $80.00. Ticketmaster sucks. There site keep kicking me off. Get the shit right for one time. Everytime I buy tickets it's the most frustraing thing.

I went to the tour page and at the bottom there is a customer support button, located just below the tour listings. I wrote and had a code within minutes. Thank you Jim at customer support. It also came with instructions to purchase them at kidrockrebelsoul.com/tickets.

missed the Detroit presale show because never received my email.wrote the KRC help center got my code and it was to late sold out....
I got two presale codes (we have 2 memberships) but neither worked. Luckily, I had two codes from the previous leg of the tour that still worked. I had requested new codes because I wasn't sure if we had maxed out using the other codes. Anyway, searched tickets right at 10:00 and the best available was row U. WOW, I knew it was going to be tough to get good seats, but I was still a little disappointed. I guess it gives the people who normally can only afford lawn seats the chance to sit close.
how will this work if i am in the old "krc" but have not joined the new "rebel" fan club?
still have not had my membership issues resolved, customer support directs me to topspin, topspin directs me to artist arena(they did fan club when i renewed 11-26-20120 no reply from artist arena at all. have emailed a copy of my receipt to all of the above, this has been going on since the merchandise was supposed to be shipped 3-16-2013, at this point i have demanded what i paid for(deluxe membership), or a refund, stillll nothing, any suggestions, or comments, i cannot be the only one dealing with this.............

They say "DRIVER UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF KID ROCK" also I made return address lables with your picture on them, so you get to be on my bills when I pay them. I made stationary with your picture on the paper. I do not have any husband, dogs, or kids. Just you, I love ya, photos everywhere. No family here either.
