I pray the weather holds back and they are able to continue to search for survivors and all the people affected by the explosion. 160 injured and count rising, 15 reported dead and number climbing. Thank you God for the wonderful , brave people in the search and rescue. The heavy rains will help put out fires but the rain and 30 degree drop in temp will hinder the search effort. Mixed blessing.

Hey everyone....I know we are all busy with our lives and trying to find tickets to the upcoming concerts, but please, please, please take a moment to stop and say a prayer for the people of Boston and those in Boston for the Marathon. I am not an overly religious person, but the horrible events in Boston make me stop, take a step back, and truly reflect on what is important in life. I hope you will do the same and join me in some 'reflection time'.

Well, here we go AGAIN! Third year in a row! Last year I lost Fridays, which was 5 hours from my weekly work schedule, the year before my hours were cut in half! ( which I expected that one seeing as I was hired for part time) This year, I am losing Thursdays, which is ANOTHER 5 hours per week. Which means I will get a whopping 12 hours per week! TWELVE HOURS!

I didn't realize while I was working from home and playing on the Internet that multiple bombs had gone off in Boston for patriot day during a marathon. When i said that there were soldiers fighting for our freedom, I meant the officers, military, first line doctors and nurses, and civilians alike like those who rushed towards the people to try and help. They can't use the airplanes anymore so they will get us on the ground and in our own country. Never was one for war if it was being fought over oil or religion but when you start blowing people up , I believe in war.
