The bombing in Boston happened about 15hrs ago and I just felt like listing to Kid Rock while searching for news on the event. I heard the song Amen and thought about how that described exactly how I feel. I'm not one to post my political or religious views "ever". Tonight I posted that song on my wall and said a thank you to Kid Rock, I wish to let Kid Rock know thank you for all you do and keep up the great work.
I know that Kid is sincerely concerned about scalpers and has gone through a lot of channels to ensure that his fans are the ones who have access to affordable and available tickets.
I was looking into tickets for the July 5th show at Darien lake in NY and came through several links came to a site called darienlakePAC.org which was liked to boxofficecenter.com. BOTH of these sites claimed to have tickets available right now for outrageous prices upwards of $700!!
After calling Darien Lake (the venue) and Live Nation they both assured me that they were NOT affiliated with either of these
WELL FIRST OF ALL TO SATRT OFF,I HAVE A MEMBERSHIP WITH 3 DIFFERENT CODES ON 3 COMPUTRS & WAS ONLINE @9:56am - 4:00pm THURSDAY AND NEVER DID GET ANY TICKETS.THEN TODAY I WAS ON @9:55am -3:00pm ON 3 COMPUTERS AND AGAIN NO TICKETS.I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW HOW STUB HUB HAD THEM BUT TICKETMASTER DID NOT HAVE ANY FOR ALL 4 DATES??? I FIND IT VERY HARD TO BELIEVE THAT ALL 4 DAYS SOLD OUT IN THE FIRST 10 MINUTES.I AM SO DISAPPOINTED IN THIS WHOLE THING.WHAT IS THE POINT IN HAVING A MEMBERSHIP IF YOU CAN NOT EVEN GET 1 FLIPPIN TICKET!!!!! I TRIED FOR ALL 4 DAYS FROM 1-6 TICKETS AND GOT NOTHING BUT A HUGE
I am not sure that you will read this but here goes! I am a 42 year old mother whom has all your cd's. I have 2 boys and they love your music as well, I caught a lot of flack when they were small for letting them listen to your music but I never stopped letting the listen to it they had other choices but like their mother they chose yours! We live in North Carolina in a small town in the mountains, so they are very closed opinions here. We tried to get affordable tickets to your concert in Greensboro NC but we never got the monies up. It is costly for four people, plus gas and eats.
How about giving 1st and 2nd row away to people who tried starting at 10am to get tickets and were told they were sold out at 10:01am. The people who have tickets are lucky enough to be there, us who had our hopes up are the ones who don't even get to attend because of selfish people trying to make a buck on stubhub. My husband and I just wanted to take my parents to a show because we all love KR and could finally afford tickets and we never had a chance. 4 very disappointed people who wish they had hit the "kid rock lotto" this morning and got tickets.

i dont care going to keep pounding this till i get an answer..Im very disappointed in the Kid Rock Fan Club... i was one of the 2 selected to take part in a once in a life time event April 6th in Saginaw an nothing happen. i had been emailed an texted to take part on stage for the last song.i answered them all back everything went good up until the last song. I never left my seat but one time to use the bathroom. I have witness that i was at my seat an they say they came to my seat 3 times. ok so if they couldnt find me why the world didnt they text me to ask.
As a fan I appreciate the fact that you as an artist wanted to have your tickets to be $20. That's great BUT when stubhub buys most of the tickets and then turns around and jacks the prices 5x the original price. Not cool. We as fans know it isn't your fault but its disappointing and frustrating to not get tickets. Just wanted you to know . Thank you for TRYING and THANK YOU for thinking of your fans. Keep on rockin!!!
Yo Kid! $20.00 tickets...Great idea. You're the bomb!! Unfortunately, all tickets being sold out in 5 minutes tells me that the scalpers got most of them. At 10:30 am LAWN seats were already being sold for over $100.00 each on other ticket sites. I'll pay you, personally, $100.00 for a ticket but not some ticket agency. You want to screw the scalpers? Cancel all 4 shows, reschedule them, and sell tickets through your website with a 4 ticket limit.
So I stand in line at Walmart in Adrian Michigan, and only 15 people ahead of me at 9am. So think, "sweet! I got this!" Haha yeah right! Everyone thinks there will be a cashier ringing the sales, but oh no! A computer they dont know how to work, and when it finally comes up at about 3 minutes after 10, they allow a group of a few people to continue to purchase tickets on multiple credit cards, and make everyone else wait in line while they are buying up 6 per credit card. By 10:25am the has not moved an inch!

Thanks so much for making tickets affordable. I was able to purchase tickets this morning for my family of 5 for under $150! September will take forever to get here, but we will see you in Atlanta!
I want to start by saying thanks to the fan club, I got my tickets for D.T.E Sundays show. Im in Canada, used my pre sale code and got 4 tickets no problem. Thanx for that.

I remember years ago at a small club in TO when he was doing Rock and Roll Jesus club tour. I was out back after the show, (met Freddy buying a hot dog) and seen these two woman go to Rock's bus. Ive never seen anything like this, these ladys were tall , beutifull and classy.
