The key to ticket sales is providing information. This leg, customer support has been abysmal. No instructions posted, no answers to threads when folks PLEAD for help, and a phone number to TopSpin which is not prominently located.
Step it up, add peeps to TopSpin to help, or live with the consequences. You could double or triple your sales here if you made it easier for folks.
And BOB, I am talking to you to get this fixed. You need to authorize the money to pay for it.

My book came, my book came!!!!! It is awesome!!!!!
I was having a pretty shitty day today & what did I see, a package at my door...opened the box & saw Kid Rock's goofy face lol it put a smile on my face & made me laugh :)) I've only gotten to the July 4th pics so far & I had to post about it, if you're on the fence about getting it, get it if you can afford to, it's well worth the money. Started byMy daughter who is 12 years old now has been listening to Kid Rock since she was 2 years old and really wants to go to his concert in Phoenix, Az., but I don't know if she can go, because of her age. Plus we have lost her father almost 8 months ago and he relly wanted her to see Kid Rock in concert. Does anybody have any suggestions to help us out???

I cannot understand how folks can wait until the day of the presale, then come here and bitch because they either delete or cannot search their old mails to find their presale codes. Worse, those that come here and ask about the status of their membership!!!!

I just wanted to say that I have not missed a tour since my first Kid Rock concert back in 2000. Went to the Saginaw show on Fri then again on Sat, because it was that great of a show. You have never disappointed my expectations. This tour may have been my favorite. Loved the prayer videos! You are a great performer! Great Job!!!!!

Started byIm wondering about the winners too,I got up early and had my cell on me at all times. I never got my pre sale ticket code. Im going to see ths show Feb. 18 I had to pay 532.14 for my seats, the face vaule is with tax like 72.50 each. Oh well he is worth it, skip a bill. I like to know about the once in a lifetime winners my concert is in 7 days. Becky BooBoo
