Yikes the things I read trying to understand the dynamics of this place. Here are two really good articles. Think a lot of those profiled characteristics drive a lot of the crazy in fan clubs, esp if celeb is pulling in the ladies by marketing and talent.....

At least PNC/NJ and Hartford CT presales today at 10am where just changed to presales on the 19th (CT) and 20th (NJ). Go and check your presale date in the tour section now.

Excellent service, returned call in 5 min, explained all, then promised to send email to fanbase explaining changes and process. Watch for it in your EMail box.

The key to ticket sales is providing information. This leg, customer support has been abysmal. No instructions posted, no answers to threads when folks PLEAD for help, and a phone number to TopSpin which is not prominently located.

Step it up, add peeps to TopSpin to help, or live with the consequences. You could double or triple your sales here if you made it easier for folks.

And BOB, I am talking to you to get this fixed. You need to authorize the money to pay for it.
