Welp here in the CT River Valley burbs, Independence Day and the right to explode/detonate is in full force. RI has big stuff, so folks run the line to get it.

We take 4 days to work through them all, starting yesterday. Tonite is crazy. Tomorrow will be incredible, because we live on a cleared hill, we can see into the valleys and three or four displays go off at the same time surrounding us. Then the whole next day folks run out the supply, a lot of whistlers and poppers.

What is it about a loud sound and sparkles? Dunno but loved them from the day I first saw them.

I was in my garden and much to my surprise, a beautiful site before my eyes. Up from the tattered leaves a flower grew, beautiful bright colors shining through. From such a tattered tragedy, beauty grew, the flower never knowing the pain the leaves knew. Yet joined together in perfect hue and stature high, the tattered leaves pushed the lovely flower to the sky. And though the beauty of the leaves the flower surpassed, the leaves would be the ones that, although torn, stood last. And til the next year the leaves grew fast, another beautiful flower blooming at last.

If I understand this process correctly, and timed it out in my head right, then July is an important month. If the CD release is Fall, then that means by 10/15/2012, so that the album can be considered for awards. Then, if past that, it's Winter or Spring. They may "strateeegerize" the dates to get the best possible release date...

If the date is 10/15, they always run a special promotional Billboard article on the CD three months prior.

You all know Courtney, at 16 she started a Jason Krause site and did a great job. Now she's added a Twisted Brown Trucker Band site, and it's fabu. She has a talent for this, for sure.

When you go to the forum, wish her luck. Married last year, she and her hub announced they are expecting their first child. Congrats to both.

Please support them, they deserve it.
