I don't know if this is the right place to post this discussion. I will admit that most recently in the last 8 months have become a great fan of Kid Rock his Born Free CD has very special meaning to my life it has help me cope with my friend Robert fight with Lymphoma. Never before in my 44 years of life has an artist impacted my life by the words of his music. My friend is in the fight of his life and in his most darkest moments and most difficult times I can close my eyes to hear the words of Kid Rock music running through my head.

It seems as though he sings songs JUST for ME, but in all reality there is A lot of "ME's" out there.... Times like this we must embrace. SOOOO TRUE!!!!

I have tickets for my daughter (her birthday gift) to Friday's Jason Aldean concert. I am really hoping he covers "Cowboy." I remember the first time I heard, "Amirillo Sky" on the radio. I just loved it. The same thing happened to me with Kid and Sheryl's "Picture". Exceptional songs! Anyone else going?

Deer season begins tomorrow. YYAAHH!!! How many of you out there are ready? Well I'm not. I don't look forward to the 5 or 6 hundred deer we process.The deer aren't so bad its the 5 or 6 hundred storys that go along with those deer.The plus side is the sausage and jerky that comes with this time of year. Although some may not agree, I think it's kind of nice to NOT see any dates under the Tour section of this website. Kid, you and the TBT band deserve some time off. Enjoy it! Went to four concerts on this tour and had a great time at each. Rest up as you all slow your roll a bit. Congratulations on your accomplishment and I will catch your show when those tour dates start popping up again. Until then, enjoy chillin'.
