175 years ago today Michigan became the 26th state. Things are starting to look up a bit around here but we have a LONG way to go. Cheers to you Michigan-May better days be soon around our corner!

The election of the year is here! Twelve lighthouses are the final candidates among 49 nominees in the JELD-WEN Reliable Lighthouse Restoration Initiative. Community support is very important in preserving lighthouses, so once again we invite you to help select one lighthouse to win new JELD-WEN windows and doors. If you're seeking the presidency but no one notices, are you still seeking the presidency? Gary Johnson was governor of New Mexico for eight years, balanced the hell out of his budgets, and climbed Mount Everest with a broken leg. You'd think that would at least give him a shot at the GOP nomination. Nope.

Started byIn order to help finance my Kid Rock Tour/Cruise addiction I'm selling Thirty One bags. I LoVE their stuff & there's quite a few items that would be great for carrying your stuff on the cruise. If you can't make it on the cruise, it's ok......there's lots of great bags & things for carrying your stuff at home, work, school etc. this isn't on of those weird websites that sells knock off jeans & purses & crap. My buddy and I flew in from New York for the Ford Field show last Saturday night. We had a great time in Detroit. The people were great!! We met some great people who were extremely hospitable. Thanks for treating us so well. I'm coming back....

So i went to talk to my dealer today no angel not that one...my CAR dealer ya know the big KR fan. And i asked him (hes been to 15 shows) what his fave concert was. He said 1998 Cleveland..he was front row smokin a funny ciggy n Joe C reached down grabbed took a hit n gave it back. Nice story..its good to know true blue KR fans...know why..their the most awsomest people on earth..the rest just have yet to figure it out. Also he says he goin to see Bob Seger in holy town this spring with his girlyfriend..i might just have to tag along.. cool as dude ny KR fan would love to meet.

Started byHey Kid. Just wanting someone to talk to. Im up in Traverse City to get away from Detroit. Lost my bro, Jonas Hall, in 06 and In the last 3 years Ive became a junkie and lost everything I had. My youngest daughter ended up in juvi, my old man of 8 years left me, and I got evicted. Those last two is in the last 3 weeks. I owe two dope dealers some cash and am broke. I left the D to get off the shit, but OMG am I bored. No meth clinics up here, so Subs are keeping me straight for now. No one understands how I feel, but oh well, huh?
