I got one fer ya-- I woke up from a dream a Devil without a cause had a dream of a black chick ,white guy in the background i heard the Party Ode.Today im feeling like a Gangster from the Oldschool.
Went to the Chicago HOB Show Saturday night - it was AMAZING!!!! One of my favorites for sure (and I've actually lost count on how many I've been to).
Thank you Kid Rock & TBT for rockin it out for us fans - even tough many of you had the flu - believe me, nobody would have known that any of you were sick!
I absolutely love the small club venues - I hope to see more of them in 2012!!!
And although many people seem to have had some issues with the ticketing process, I thought it ran smoothly! I would love it if all of the shows had the same deal - especially if the majority of the seats were reserved for fan club members. It keeps the ticket prices low, and keeps the scalpers / counterfeit issues away. I suppose something should be thought up for those who can't go at the last minute - maybe a wait list through the fan club for those that didn't get TIX, and an exchange through the KRC that allows the seller to sell back to KRC for face value + small handling fee (under $10 per transaction/not per ticket). Then a KRC admin would sell to the wait list on FCFS basis. This is just one suggestion - I'm sure there are many ways to figure this out - just need to be creative. Ive already thought of a few variations while typing this...
Thanks again for doing all that you do!!!

Agreed. Great show - I had no idea the band wasn't feeling good - they all did great.
We didn't have any ticket issues - thankfully - and did the "pass the line" thing by spending money at the HOB before the show.
Great idea Heather on the tickets - although it would probably be someone's full time job to coordinate sales after the fact and keeping the waiting list and making sure it wasn't scalpers being fans in diguise. Unfortunately, it's big business, so it will be very hard to stop all of it - but I appreciate Kid and his fans trying to make it all work.
