    Okay KRC, I just purchased a standard rebel soldier membership. I heard that KR might be adding a Phoenix show later in the year. So, I was hoping to use the membership to land some pre-sale tickets. How does this work and what kind of issues might I run into. I hear a lot of horror stories regarding topspin. Can you help me? BYTW, I can't wait to get back on that boat Motherfuckers!!!!!

I think people struggled because it was a different format. The biggest problem was getting the presale code via email prior to the sale. The email was stuck in some people's spam folder. If you contact customer service (which I did) they were really good at helping out. Some people waited until the day of the presale and didn't have time for answers.

With Artist Arena, you went to the Artist Arena site from the KRC.

With the new setup, you get a pre-sale code and you use the code in ticketmaster. Once I figured that out, I didn't have any problems. There is also a limit to how many tickets/venues you can use with your presales. Also, read up on the paperless ticket policy.

FYI - I got the best seats that I have ever been able to get with this new process. I think it pushed the scalpers away and left the good seats for the real fans. Hope this helps and good luck with your Phoenix seats.

Just as I figured, we were excited to make the Vegas show and no email was sent with a ticketmaster code. We received the email about the concert from KidRock.com, however, we didn't receive any code.
