    I know the chances of you seeing this are slim to none, BUT---if you're interested in a party (close to home), then you should check out Port Huron on friday night (the 22nd). The Port Huron to Mackinaw Race is Saturday morning, but the night before is Boat Night. There are tons of people, bands that play, and a beer tent. I think you would love it! It's held downtown right on the river. And all the boats are on display. Big party!!!

My hubby and I met on a blind date at Port Huron Boat night back in 1992 :)
On a sadder note, we knew the two sailors that met tragedy earlier this week during the Chicago to Mackinac..please keep them and their families in your prayers :(
The Blue Angels are really cool, too.

I'm roadtripping there with my kids Friday. Won't be able to stay late but thought they'd enjoy seeing the boats and having some lunch by the water. Enjoy Boat Night Lissa86 and stay safe! Looks like it's a blast.
