    My friends and I are soooooooooooo excited that Kid decided to come back to Boyne Mountain, Michigan!! His concert rocked in '05 & '06 too! We were lookin forward to going to the concert on Aug 2, but the tickets sold out from Ticketmaster right away (of course), and we've been scrambling around online tryin' to find tickets from other outlets. But they are upwards of $150 - $350 bucks each, when they were orginally purchased at $41. WTF?! This bites!! Capitalism at it's finest! F-me. It's all general admission, I mean you literally stand or sit on the grass going up the ski hill and the stage is at the bottom of the hill. (It's soooo sweet!) I think if Kid knew that his fans in Northern Michigan were missin' out on his show, he'd somehow allow them to sell more tickets. Now us gals who were looking forward to the girlfriends weekend have some serious decisions to make. Keep the hotel room even though no tickets? Pay $150 each and sacrifice drinking $$? (oh god) Just tailgate in the parking lot?

Actually, it didn't sell out right away! I checked on ticketmaster.com on Sunday, July 5th and there were plenty of tickets left! Then I went back on Monday, and it was sold out! I don't get it! I am scrambling trying to find tickets myself. I already have accommodation's reserved. Stupid ticket brokers!!

Greed in America........cant even take your family to a Northern Mi concert because the corporate scalpers already have the tickets. Its bullshit. Hey Rock why dont you write a song about that. At least Camp Woodstick will be hopping!
