OMG the best seats ever!!! I have seen him 20 times never gets old. Do have to say the Detroit concerts really kick up the PARTY!!!!

Will Bill's DOES have a mechanical bull--lol---but i know for sure that they are not open on Sunday's---a good friend is in Bill Gentry's band--and they usually practice up there on Sundays. Plus it's way north of Lakewood. We'll probably end up just getting to Lakewood earlier and tailgating--maybe we'll meet some cool people from this board :-) i look forward to that :-)

We're staying downtown on Peachtree and we've got some pretty good seats in section 102, I bought four tickets and only needed 2. Penny-I posted the other 2 tix on craigslist atl and got them sold really quickly. I know this show is going to be.. Awesome! Driving far enough- it better be!! :)

Hi Northside tavern has blues on the weekend! but it is a little more run down! some people freak out because from the outside it looks run down but it is a very cool place! Park Tavern also has live music (more bluegrass) on the weekend.( more up scale) but still laid back! It is right in piedmont park in a very pretty historic stone cottage like building! If that is to laid back lol there is Wild Bills I think they have a mechanical bull! lol I hope this helps i will try to think of some other places for you!!! :0)

Lakewood used to have a free parking lot---(i don't know if they still have it--haven't been there in a while)
but i know the other lots are $25/space---ridiculous!!
Hey Lauren---they stop selling at Midnight on Sat---at the stores, gas-stations, etc.
But they will have drinks at Lakewood and bar/restraunts on Sunday. I agree--if they didn't have beer at Lakewood for the concert on Sunday---Oh Lord!!!!!!! ~Lol

Anyways---i have only lived in Atlanta for 3 years---so i don't know alot of the places that we could meet up downtown---
Maybe some other people (from this board) could suggest somewhere we all could meet up before the show---i'll start a thread about that
