    I need to replace my Name on a held out Hotel Room for the Crowne Plaza in FL for the Kid Rock New Year's Eve Show. I have Dec 31st one night with Two Queen Beds $120.77 confirmation # 68854695 , you need only call and change the name on the reservation and give your credit card info. It is a Friends and Family rate which I cannot cancel out at Crowne Plaza 455 State Road 84, Fort Lauderdale FL phone 954-523-8080

    I've already lost the $150 on Flight due to fees and most likely will loss the other $148. and then my ticket for show $117.20 lost as well, so I'm at least trying to get my hotel covered, so its not a total loss.

Should note for all that Star helped a great deal while Jade was setting up the www.kidrocklyrics.net site. If you haven't been there, make it a point. Excellent work.

However lots of folks get into the patronage game, and truly support and break their bands locally, then regionally. Don't think most bands would make it without their core base. Historically, the thank you has always been a backstage pass and a few minutes with the band. It's up to you...if this is the route you seek, you'll spend a lot of time on the road waiting for your opportunity. It can pay off. I do not have the energy or the money to even think about that.

But me, I look at it, patronage, as a contract between fan and band. I want you to come to my town. I want you to blow away every friend and acquaintance I can get to go. I want the local press to sing praises of the concert. Then, I want you to come back and get better and better. I want to be there in Cleveland the nite Twisted Brown Trucker Band is inducted into the Hall of Fame.

I do not need them to know my name. It's about the music.

I've followed Kid for the last 3 years like a lost lil puppy. I've spent lots of money on shows, met some really good people- but some of the Fans who follow Kid - have been so rude to me in many ways. I've not gotten any break from Kid himself for sharing his information via Face Book over the last 3 years. I've posted plenty on how much I care for him, posted newspaper articles etc. I know he has a large fan base and he is very busy - but some acknowledgment would have been nice. In stead I brought to light how some of the groups and people who can show love to him - are so very hateful and disrespectful to other fans. Not all - but its just left me stripped of my excitement to go to LIVE shows. I've paid for VIP at shows, gone on two cruises, I sound so down- well its true, I've had to deal with lots of stress from the whole fan thing. I will buy his CD's and Listen to him on TV and on the radio. I CARE for him Deeply no matter what anyone wants to believe, it just hurts right now-- Thanks Blue for your concern. New Years is a time to party hardy- I was looking forward to meeting some new people in the Fan base, and was looking forward to dressing up. I've just got the impression that I'm being singled out and tormented by now even the Kid for my comments. I won't be Judged by others - call me stubborn and long winded!!! lol You have a good day. Dare to by YOU!

Its not that I "can't" go Blue --- its more like I don't want to now. But thanks! --- I was able to get my Rep. to cancel the Hotel room.
