Kid Rock Songs. Have a wonderful weekend everyone.
How did you do it?
I keep playing with the idea of quitting, I am getting older and now it really doesn't seem like a pleasure anymore for something I do out of habit.
I have good intentions but then when I get down to that last pack there I go again of to the reservation to by my carton again.
I am so bad that I even have the patches and the inhalers and plan on using them but when the day comes, yep you guessed it back to the car I go.
So if you did quit what are some of the tricks you used or what really helped you?

I have been smoke free since Mother's Day. Chantix!!! It costs alot, most insurance companies don't cover it. I found it's best to stay on for atleast 3 months, moreso to keep the weight off if you tend to replace food with the hand to mouth habit of smoking. Oh, yeah, did I mention that it helps also to curb your appetite too? I experience no side effects either. Great stuff!!
They have all these programs to quit, but does the insurances cover them?
Also Sal, have you ever tried Commit? It's nasty for me, but it worked for my mom, but now she's addicted to Commit.
See I have been hearing weird things about Chantrix, that it causes some mental side effects and I am I am only hanging on by a thread as it is lol! Seriously tho I am really leary about taking drugs. I am the opposite Chris if I am hung over I smoke even more
I dont know Sal...
both my brothers smoke..but one quit cold turkey
dang I wish I only smoked 7 or 8 ciggies a day! I wonder if the addiction can run in families since my other 2 brothers that smoke are chain smokers and I am struggling not to go that way
The Lung Association has a new program with Dr sponsored meds and group meetings. They say the rate is 37% successful, but, as a lifelong smoker, not sure I buy that. Usually held at the local hospital. Good luck!
I'm still smoking, but the best thing is to smoke every week less sigarets.
If you smoke 6 on a day, smoke a week after that 5, after that 4.
Don't quit instantly, that won't work, you cannot quit a habit fast.
And you can quit, my father isn't smoke for like 6 years now.
I may have lied...haha
LOLL you are lucky you can at least do that I can only make 1/2 a day cutting back
Yes....do tell...since I only make it about 3 days...CUTTING BACK...not real quitting
And....I dont wanna hear the cold turkey bs either!
