Had no kids and just hung out with Scott all weekend at the Dearborn Homecoming....
For those of you who dont know: Dearborn Homecoming is a HUGE weekend party that encourages all former residents to come home. And boy do they ever...Id say 20000 strong!Carnival/4 stages/Food/Beer(YAY) and 3 huge nights of fireworks! These fireworks rival the downtown fireworks..Im even inclined to say they're better, just for the fact they synchronize them to music...even threw in All Summer Long for one set!
For as big as it is, Dearborn is like a small town...if you lived there...you usually stay there (or at least come back for Homecoming!!) Its a tight knit group really...We couldnt walk 5 steps without being stopped by someone Scott knew
I havent had that much fun (or booze) since a KR get together!
One more tradition they have is the White Party (Ironic since its all Arabic Kids) Just like Diddys White Party in the Hamptons. Id tell you more about it but we got refused entry..We werent wearing white...or riding in a Hummer limo...or have greasy spiked Goomba hair...oh well....the crowd didnt look that fun anyways! blahhhh Had more fun at Chelis and The Double Olive!!!!!!!!!!
So if youre around here the beginning of next August....come home!
I'll be by the main stage beer tent....or getting kicked out of the White Party....
Im going back to bed now...

We had something like that in Sterling heights this weekend. Had a ton of fun but came home broke..haha Damn kids have to leave them home next time..On a better note we did see REO SPeedwagon perform for a minute or two, it was way too crowded..

Had to sign off, for my daughter and little boy who is my grandson haha., but it's all in fun and all this just gives me more motivation to try to make it to the Big Easy show even with a blown up car.
