    Got to spend some time in Kansas City today before the show with Make A Wish child “Alex”- We played “Born Free” and “All Summer Long” (at his request) in a private soundcheck today for him and his family, He is even the first person to wear my “EMSP l.e.d. hat!!” Had a blast spending time with him and I think he’s gonna have a great time tonite! Truly a young man god has his hands on. Rock On Alex, from your friend, Kid Rock.

the little simple things mean so much ...beyond the $$$$$ just the pure love and kindness will be something Alex carries with him forever. Wearing KIDS hat and sharing in the day... awesome thankyou....you have a big heart and it shows

OK, this picture and reading your post brought tears to my eyes. So many people in this world don't appreciate the things and blessings they have. Everyone needs to stop and take a look around them to realize that there is so much illness and sadness in the world. If everyone did just a little bit more for someone else, how amazing would that be. Thank you for all you do and give back. XOXO

You are such an amazing musician!! Some day you should visit the Shriners Hospitals for Children which gives 100% orthopedic and burn care to children up to age 18 for no charge to the patient or their family!! There are hospitals all over the country and in Canada...I'm sure you would be a big hit there too!!

That ia so sweet. I knew that you spread your time loving all of your fans. I have a 6 years lod named Alex that is a very big fan. People used to fuss at me for letting my children listen to yu. They hear alot worse at school and from other rappers. you are just a real person keeping it real, we live in Knoxville,Tn and I have to say, I am your biggest fan here, along wiht my children.

Robert that is awesome and it brings a smile to my face that will last for a long time. Your a great soul and words will never be enough to say how much this meant to this young man. I have to say that I have thought many times about the one guy I'd like to shake hands with and get a picture with so I can hang it on my wall with my 1957 Georgia Flag! Roy Barnes was an idiot when he changed our flag. I remember my main man Forrest when he said Stupid is as stupid does". I'm in section 10 floor and I have no idea I'll be away from you because Gwinnett has yet to share your stage setup. That would be good to know. I'll try to get up front as close as possible. I have to admit that you are the man since Jerry died. Thanks for filling those big shoes. Lovin it. Trippin and I'm tripping, Devil without a cause and So Hott for sure then my personal fav from Born Free it's "For the First time (In a long Time). Play it my brother and rock this show in Gwinnett.
