    This was sent to me by my Mom this morning, Thought it was pretty cool and wanted to share.

    Hi Bob,
    Been thinking a lot about you out on the road in this unbelievable weather. Cudos to you for your response to those whinning about not being able to make it.You wouldn't have won if you cancelled. I remembered this morning while I was excercising and listening to Mr. Cash on my Ipod about the time Dad and I went to see George Jones and Tammy Wynette at Meadowbrook. It was late Sept. and in the 20s. We went in our hats, gloves and warm coats. The warm up act played, then Tammy and then the warm up act again. About 10pm people started to leave and as they did we kept moving up closer-never even thinking about going home (although we probably should have,because who knows what was going on there.) No show Jones finally came on about 11pm and by then we were about 3 rows back and saw one hell of a show. We went home raving about the show and always had something to talk about when George Jones was in the news. We still are fans to this day. At least he showed up-probably drunk and all. And as far as refunding the money-that's over and above the call of duty, but that shows your character and that is something I'm so proud of. Looking forward to seeing you In March.

Mom's the voice of reason...and she is right!! It does show's what good character you have...:) Can't please everyone...never gonna happen, so don't sweat what the haters say....fuck em It is the impossible... Momma knows...(I'm sure) having raised her own children, there is always a child who will point out the injustice of every situation. Always... leaving someone with a bad taste in their yap !! Kid Rock is lucky to have a mom like you. I'll be in Hotlanta March 4th for the concert there. I can't wait, the tickets were a Christmas present from my wonderful son and best ever daughter.

thats bad ass!!!!!!!!!!!! i remember in 2001 at memphis in may, about 2 days befor it was all over the radio saying u were gona cancel cause u had strep throat or something! and we still went and u showed up and rock it down in the pouring ran. u had to stop singing a couple times to cough and spit but it was a bad ass show.!!!!!! i'll never for get what u said after your last song.........."when u tell people you saw kid rock, and u tell them that i sucked! tell them atleast i showed up !!!" rock it, see ya in kansas city on the 25th

Kid Rock, Love the fb page - very classy. Let me just say you are an amazing performer! I had the opportunity to see you back in 2002 at the Kentucky Speedway in Sparta and you were awesome! The way you pumped up the crowd was amazing! You are a true artist -- you don't see too many these days. I've seen a lot of concerts; none come close to yours :) You'll be performing tonight at the new Yum Center in Louisville, KY and I'm sad to say that I can't make it. I'll definitely be catching the next show! Till then, keep on giving us what we love - your music! Btw - sorry to hear about the trouble you've had with this weather. And, there's always someone whose waiting for a chance to complain about something - don't let them bring you to their level. Have a great show!

Love you ! Thanks for being so true to Detroit - you are our homie. a few comments to you: 1. You should seek out a marriage proposal to Sheryl Crow! You two love each other. 2. You should have stepped out of that Chrysler 200 car with Eminem for the superbowl commercial. 3. Your mom is great - what a sweet note! 4. How the heck can my friend and I meet you? and here is the coolest thing about you - my entire family loves you - you appeal to my teenagers who listen to hip hop, country and pop. you appeal to my husband who loves rock and you appeal to me - just because you appeal to me :) Love you Kid. Can't wait to see you in concert this summer - hopefully you will be playing at DTE!!!

He Kid Rock, Love your mom note and love you too. But, if you new Cantrell hill in Little Rock you would understand why more than 4000 of us couldn't make it. I saw you on Feb. 7, 1999 in Pointiac, Michigan when I lived there. Snow and driving in it is much different than the ice/snow here in Arkansas. I hate that I missed you, but, if your promoters would have rescheduled, you wouldn't be out of pocket all these tickets and you would have had a full arena. Don't be an ass to all of us that love your work and love watching you perform......

Hello Love! I just want to say, if I had bought tickets, and knew you was going to play I would def, but there any way I could, I have never been able to see you in person, I dont blame you for doing the concert the show must go on, if you hadnt done the show there would have been people complaining about that, so you done what you should have, you folllowed your heart as you have always , keep on being you and one day we will meet.
