    REFUNDS for the Kid Rock show in Little Rock, AR/ Verizon Arena.
    If you were unable to attend the show, you will be able to receive a full refund. Starting at 12 noon CST today, Friday February 11, refunds will be given by returning to your original point of purchase. Refunds will be offered until 5 p.m. on Friday, February 25, 2011. If you purchased your ticket online or by phone, please call Ticketmaster customer service at 1-800-653-8000. If you purchased your ticket at the venue box office, please go to the venue box office. If you purchased your ticket through The KRC (fan club), please email info@artistarena.com to request your refund.
     
    If you have any questions, please call Verizon Arena at 1-501-975-9000.

Still no luck with Ticketsplus. I spoke with a representative today and they said since the show was not cancelled, they will not refund the money. I will be contacting the Attorney general and The Better Business Bureau regarding their handling of the situation. For future reference, DO NOT PURCHASE TICKETS THRU ANY OTHER COMPANY THAN TICKETMASTER AND PURCHASE THE INSURANCE ALSO!!! COAST TO COAST, TICKETSPLUS.COM, NEVER AGAIN WILL YOU RECEIVE MY BUSINESS!!! I hope others make sure that their tickets are purchased directly thru Ticket Master. Those other companys are scalpers and are out to make money. Not only do they have several hundred of my dollars, but they also got a refund for my tickets. Total BULLSHIT!!!

I am having a hard time getting the refund on 4 tickets that I purchased for the North Little Rock, AR concert at Verizon Arena. I contacted Ticketmaster and they said that I had purchased them thru Coast to Coast/Ticketsplus.com and to contact them. I have tried to call numerous times and sent several emails with no response. I spoke with Verizon Arena today and they said that it was illegal for them to sell tickets since they were not in the state of Arkansas and that I should contact the Attorney General in that state. Ticketsplus.com is located in Vernon Rockville, Connecticut. I know the deadline for the refunds is Feb 25, but I am having no luck getting any help at all. It was very generous of you to do as you have, regarding the refunds. Please, if you/representative can contact me and steer me in the right direction, I would be so grateful. Im having a big problem getting my money back for the concert in little rock! I went to sturgis and rocked out at the buffalo chip, hit a dear at 80mph with no helmet in Kansas on my way home to oklahoma.Bad head trauma, the only part of sturgis that i remember was Kid Rock, so i wanted to see him again. I bought 24 tickets for me and my friends and could not get outta OK. Due to snow and ice on the roads. By all means, I aint asking for a pitty party for my wreck, cause i still ride, But I am letting you guys know what tickets plus is doing to your loyal fans. I bought these tickets from tickets plus and they said because the concert was not cancelled that they are not refunding! I kinda feel like they are double dipping! Can you please help me with this matter? SYLO

Thank you for doing the right thing and refunding tickets for those who could not make it to the Verizon Arena in NORTH Little Rock, Ark for your concert. For those who made it, congratulations. But, we are not whiney/bitchy/moaners, some of us are just hardworking Americans who may have sacrificed or worked extra to make the money for tickets. Kid, you appreciate the hardworking American, we know you do.. you came from us, you even sing about it! Thanks for showing YOUR understanding and support of US. Your fans here in Arkansas and nearby states hope you will come here again because Arkansas knows how to ROCK IT and will PARTY when you do!!

I didn't do anything and my money was deposited into my checking account yesterday. I just want to say "thank you" to Kid Rock. I don't feel like you owed me anything and I certainly appreciate it. I think you have gone above and beyond to refund money. Hope the whiners/bitches/moaners don't keep you from playing Verizon in the future. You're a good man! Thank you!

There was a snow advisory in Wichita to not be on the roads other than to get home from work or for some other immediately necessary reason. The police broadcast that they were not going on normal runs for issues that did not have to be taken care of right then. they did not go out for car accidnets unless someone was hurt or the vehicle was not driveable. please refund those of us who didn't want to risk driving in those conditions

well you didn't refund the money on the wichita show! what's up there? i am disabled and was bringing my 2 disabled children, only because that they lived in wichita! it took me a while to save money for this christmas present, which we still haven't been able to have our christmas together yet! HOWEVER, my kids said, mom you love kid rock SO much, if he would just give you one ticket to the WINSTAR CASINO SHOW IN OKLAHOMA for the 5 tickets you bought, it would be ok with us! HELL, then I spent $30 more to join KRC, ONLY TO NOT BE ABLE TO GET A TICKET FOR THAT SHOW EITHER! My son is blind and his wife is wheelchair bound, they could be drawing a gov't check but they chose to work so they could have some of the freedoms you and I have and not have to be subject to telling the gov't every time they fart! They barely get paid minimum wage...and since they live and work in wichita making those plastic bags you get your groceries sacked in at walmart(which they are now going to start charging 10 cents per bag) the gov't will probably do away with their jobs! SO YOU AND EVERYONE ELSE CAN CALL US CRY BABIES OR WHATEVER ELSE YOU WANT! I GUESS WE STILL HAVE FREEDOM OF SPEECH FOR NOW...i will sit and listen to all your cds i have BOUGHT and cry in my beer. I MAKE EVERYONE ELSES DREAMS COME TRUE, BUT WHEN IT COMES TO ME, plans seem to never work out! Maybe someday, someway my dream will be fulfilled! Just want to thank you again for putting on a great show in Little Rock for the ones of us that traveled for many hours to see you....It was awesome!!.....I am so glad that I didn't miss it......even though it cost me around $800.00,,,,,LOL.....that includes new tires for our little 4x4 Bronco that got us there that night....LOL...well worth it......I had been waiting along time to see you and I didn't care if it would of taken me 2 days to get there....I was going to see you come hell or high water....or should I say "snow"....lol.....any way....thank you again and please come back next year....don't let what those other people said about you from coming back to Arkansas next year.......your true fans were there that night and will continue being there.....Love you always, Rock On!!!

My phone was blowing up the day of the concert with ppl telling me what was going on..My response to the calls were that if you didn't give a refund i would be shocked b/c it was not in your character to do your fans or anyone that way.. And as i had predicted you showed once again what type of man that you are !!!! Unfortunately I didn't go to the show, Verizon won't let you stand at the stage unless you have tickets on rows 1 or 2 and the closest i could get was row 21.. I have never missed a show, and was heartbroken cause i wasn't there, cause i am always at the stage !!! ALWAYS !! Bidding on some tickets for the Houston show and praying that i get them..I always go to the Little Rock show and then travel to Texas or Memphis for another one ...I had your name tattooed on my arm about 10yrs ago and have never regretted it !!!!! Hope to see you in Houston ;)

Turning 52 this month and never have been to a rock concert! This is very surpising to all that know me because of how loud and often I play music. Wanted to mark it off my bucket list but due to the weather was unable to but my friend and I started our own concert that night and we played all of your CD's and rocked on to your great music all night! I even received a lesson on an electric guitar that night!! Was looking so forward to seeing you but hopefully I will get to soon and I sincerely hope you will be my first rock concert to see in person! Love your music, style and the sincerity that you express in all that you do! Thanks for your kindness in refunding the money!

Bob, Hopefully this time will be the last time people will whine and bitch when the weather becomes a problem. Next time if this happens again, I would NOT refund them. They need to plan ahead. You have a great heart and I love that about you, but some of these people are very ungrateful and really don't deserve to get refunds because of the derogatory statements.. I drove from DFW to the show in Shreveport, & then straight to Little Rock, we beat the snow, but had 6" the following morning so we stayed an extra night before heading back to Texas. I'd do it all over again and again, the shows were awesome as always. The drive home took a little longer than usual, but no complaints here, we blasted your music all the way. We love you and support you in all you do! See ya in Oklahoma:~)))

I was at the concert and it was freaking awesome. We went down the night before because we would have walked through the snow to get there. It wasnt about the money for us it was about seeing the concert.I have had ALLOT of health issues with my family in the last year and was looking forward to this concert for months.Had seen him in the past and knew it would be worth it.We, the true and loyal fans are behind ya and FUCK the haters and the people that just want something new to complain about. You put on one hell of a show and I want to THANK YOU for that. Got my mind off of allot of stuff. I will be seeing ya in Memphis in March.

My husband & I weren't whining or even complaining & we certainly WERE NOT bad-mouthing or blaming Kid for the weather. We made a personal choice not to chance the (normal) 3 hour drive after watching several news broadcasts & live feeds of roads being closed due to numerous wrecks, 2 people killed...etc. After driving just 6 miles to town & visiting with our daughter (who was supposed to go with us along with her fiance) & grandchildren we made the final decision to not risk it...we were pretty sure we could still buy tickets to the Memphis show. We never asked for a refund or said anything ugly. Some people were downright ugly & hateful...Kid Rock is great but he DID NOT cause the bad weather nor did he want to disappoint the fans who were able to attend the show. I am appalled at just how ugly & hateful people are. We had already purchased our Memphis tickets when we heard that there would be a refund to those who could not attend. Yes it was a hardship for us to pay twice & I am very grateful that we will get a refund for the first show that we were unable to attend however we would NEVER EVER have said anything ugly or blamed him & we still wanted to see the show bad enough to purchase tickets twice even when we thought we had no chance of even getting a raincheck....I want to say a very sincere & heartfelt THANK YOU from the bottom of our hearts to Kid for offering the refunds....I think it is a great thing for him to do & shows just what kind of good person he really is even though he has some so-called fans who would & DID say otherwise. We were bound & determined to see the show but now it will be with an even more profound respect. Kuddos to you Kid for being the great guy you truly seem to be & shame on all of you people who blamed him & said the nasty things you did....

I thank you for refunding tickets to your show in Little Rock, we couldnt make it because of part of interstate was closed... But that is not stopping us from seeing you, we are coming to Memphis next month... I lost my job over posting on facebook that I was coming to your concert and because I took my son to see Hank back in Oct... I am not going to miss seeing you!!!

One thing just dawned on me here about you refunding those tickets...You know what? The scalpers will probably bring back the tickets they scrounged being basement grabbers to make money off of your success and to rip off your true fans...This thought does not sit very well with me...Although, I feel it is a kind gesture of you Bobbie, I hope you never feel inclined to do so again over some bad weather...just sayin' Love you :)
