    Hey folks, so sorry for those who bought tickets. This is usually where an artist or management makes up some bullshit why they have to cancel a tour date. Bottom line is, we sold very few tickets! We explored other options and nothing worked out. We have other shows planned in the area and again, we are sorry. If it were just me losing money I would play it, but there are a lot of folks involved when it comes to a show and I will not lose them money. Ya win some, ya lose some. Tuff pill for us to swallow, but the truth is the truth. Rock on.

    PS - Of course full refunds will be given, stay tuned for details.

You know, this may be a delayed after thought, but isn't the Harley Davidson show here in July. And if you only get a choice of one show most would pick the Harley show ... :)

I dated a chick from Cheese-ville. Madison is the most Liberal piece of crap city in Wisconsin. I'd say a double-team in Alpine Valley in summer would have kicked it.

man, you nailed it. Did i write this while i was fkd up and don't remember You are absolutely right. I've been to Greensboro twice. couldn't get enough Born Free Tour, so i got seats on the floor this time. I love this man. I was so close!!! This man has been sick, and my God, he poured his heart out to rock us fans. and rock us he did. Seen lots of bands (classic rock and roll) and have never experienced what I do with this man. the most authentic feeling is unbelievable! as the cowboy says it "IF IT LOOKS GOOD, YOU'LL SEE IT, IF IT SOUNDS GOOD, YOU'LL HEAR IT. IF IT'S MARKETED RIGHT, YOU'LL BUY IT. BUT . . . . . IF IT'S REAL, YOU'LL FEEL IT" YOU WILL FEEL IT

i just called ticketmaster if you got tickets through them its 5-7 days you will get a chargeback to the card you used...Hope that eases any uncertainty ...unless you bought them from someone else that bought tickets off there then ya will just get a credit towards another concert.

Yooper I can just about bet you that the ones that booked a reservation ON SITE won't be gettin thier money back either rather a credit...you should ask them if they will just give ya a credit and hopefully ya can catch a BOB show somewhere down the line or Milwaukee . so glad the man said its a wednesday night maybe we will just drive back after the show..we were thinking about getting a motel half way back

WTF. Would have been my 6th time seeing Kid. Shows are always best in Michigan, but would have been nice to see so close to home. Guess I'll be headin' to Milwaukee this summer. Thanks for being honest !

I didn't have tickets to the show in WI but I hate it had to be canceled for those who bought tickets. Hopefully there will be a summer leg to the tour and those fans can catch him then.

So far, I haven't heard a thing as to the Once in a Lifetime Contest winners - I should know as I was one of the lucky two for Madison. I've been trying to find the next closest concert to attend - so far, the only seats are nowhere near the stage. Perplexed...........

yeah one cancelation in alot of years of touring isnt nothing he shouldnt worry hes got a tough schedule anyways right? if a fan really wants to see him they will make the effort * this year is a awful year for me with starting my business and I said I wouldnt watch the videos but since I wont see the show this year Im gonna watch a few..its all good ~

Wanted to comment about the pre-sale ticket process...while we had to email them asking for the password, within 5 minutes they sent us the password. We got row 6 for Louisville and Row 3 for Fort Wayne. The process for making sure the real fans get the best seats couldn't be any better. Keep up the great work looking out for the fans! (we also got tickets for the House of Blues show in Chicago about two years ago through the fan club, no way we get tickets for that show if you didn't have the anti-scalper safeguards in place!)

This really saddens me I look forward to seeing you I have macular degeneration in my eyes and will eventually lose my eyesight. By the time I could ever afford to see you again I may not be able to see but I understand why it was done

IMO, you approached this the best was possible and your fans will appreciate you more for it. It sucks to cancel a show but you do what you have to do. I'm hoping that you at least book a smaller joint in NYC that you can pack so we can see you here. Given, you don't have the following here you may in the South or the Midwest but those that do follow are extremely LOYAL and you can count on us Bobby!

That really sucks bought my tickets a long time ago I sure hope the refund is timely. Had this planned glad I didn't book the hotel yet. That really sucks saw kid and buck cherry in 01 at that venue was really looking forward to it. Guess you shoulda played the rave again instead of madison.

UGH!!! This is such a bummer for me. My whole life I have always wanted to have incredible seats to a major concert. Pretty much imposible these days with the ways that scalpers have to get all the good seats. Then in comes Kid Rock with one of the best ideas in ticket sales. I praise him and any other artists that are moving towards paperless tickets. Yes, there are a few mior drawbacks to them, but they give an opportunity for a REAL fan like me to get the kind of seats I finally got to this show. I joined the fan club and was online right when pre-sale tix went on sale. Got a killer short easy to read capta the first time and entered it in wicked fast. Whoa..... up came front row seats just left of center!!! I was so excited to FINALLY get that kind of seats, and to an incredible show like the caliber of Kid Rock's. Then I get this news. I fully understand business is business, and greatly appreciate his honesty in why this happened. VERY hard for me to believe this though, I mean what is wrong with poeple these days. Today is Saturday, and tonight there will be many concerts put on with artists not truly singing their songs and concentrating more on if their dance moves are in sync with their dancers. Glad I won't be there!! For those of you that have seen Kid Rock in concert, you know what a real concert is all about!! Keep on rockin Kid Rock, and please, please please keep on with the paperless tickets. I will try again for some amazing seats if you book a show anywhere near Milwaukee WI.

That would definitely be great if he played Summerfest again this year. Saw him there last year and was an incredible show. Don't see anywhere that it is confirmed again for this year, but hopefully he will be back.

Good call Bob, If there wasn't enough tix sold,you should cancel!! That is alot to lose (not just on him but to all the band and crew also, and obviously the scalpers didnt buy all the tix or the tix would still be SOLD, he doesnt' want you to buy tix from scalpers w/ your hard earned money...that is just crazy, and you shouldn't have to when there were apparently tix available!! and Bob, you are the sweetest guy ever, (I know this :) If they come on here to bash you or your judgement, they might not be a true fan and would rather just hate than try n' understand normal thinking. If someone wants to see you bad enough they should look to see where you are playing if you are on tour? they should check your site then? If someone wants to see you that bad and they don't hear any advertising.!! local rock station advertised in SUX<IA for Kansas City, Minneapolis,Sioux Falls and Omaha,but being a big fan i was already looking to see where you were so I was aware =) ( Also, if you want to have fun, n' pay for pianos at hotels , go for it ) Do You BigDaddy n' keep looking out for the whole Band and crews best interests :) Love You for being U, Travel safe , see you in little over a wk .
