Was thinking this week about the government and some people and then about a song about me, Lights and Sounds by Yellow Card, that was my human contact from these people when I let them know the phone was being bugged, wanted to say they avoided the subject telling me to sell it all tell how I needed love and no one was there, the subject was you were bugging my phone . Awesome. It sounds like your doing great. Man that math sucks. I don't know that I could do it again. I commend you on that one because it is by far one of the hardest subjects for me. I could write all day, do computers, science is my subject but math, oh nooooo! I've been on the diet too. Insulin is making me gain weight so I went on low carb height protein diet doing palates, Thai chi, and free weights. It's a tough challenge though because the diet is so difficult and the insulin regimen . The insulin puts the carbs directly into fat cells as glucose so I try to maintain my diet to use less. Anyway, I'm excited for all going on the cruise. I would love to be going but got a lot going on so maybe next year. Time will fly and you will be graduating before ya know it. My sister has 4 semesters left for her masters in teaching and I am so proud of her. She's been going 4-5 years now and started in jr college but now attends university of north Texas . Be careful on those night shifts. I'm glad they have it safe for ya. Just keep swimming. Literally because your gonna be cruising soon. Pun intended.

Girl... I'm rockin' it!! With having the cruise in mind and at the time, I didn't know when their spring break would be (the week after the cruise)... I only took one class and it's mostly online except for the tests. I'm a week ahead of the schedule.. scored a 95 on the first chapter test.. and breezed thru exponents and polynomials. I'm going to study tonight while at work and I may take that test tomorrow. I need to be in the next chapter by cruise time... so that my midterm grade is passing. Finishing the next chapter before the cruise would be a bonus. Thanks for asking... it's been hard with staying focused lately.. too much excitement going on lol

I also have to mention that life is pretty balance as far as time management. Even though I have to flip shifts half way thru the week.. I'm working M n T on 3rd.. which it's dead in there.. I may have at the most 4 check ins all night.. and put out breakfast in the morning. I get to do my school work, clip coupons, and keep myself busy. Besides... it usually entertaining when I do get a check-in.. their either drunks or shack-ups.. and I don't let anyone in.. we got a night window so I feel pretty safe..lol. Then I work 2nd on weekends.. hoping to get an extra day in the spring... the boss always gives up one of his shift for me bc it's busier. So with that and school... and me really trying to make a healthy lifestyle with prepared salads and chicken.. and fruits.. and then the gym.. I've been busy.. which is positive and productive :) I've notice that jobs are starting to pick up... I want to continue with school... but who don't love having a 40 hour per work week that's on a normal schedule that makes more than minimum wage... totally wanna get back there.

It's all good! To me he's like Elvis in the sense he covers so many types of music and is adored by fans and Michael Jackson in the fact of mass appeal, crossing the cultural and racial barriers, being adored by many. The big difference , he's real, the real deal, doesn't hold back, says what he feels regardless of what society is going to think-which most if not all agree . He doesn't try to sweep shit under the rug. It's out there, it's who he is, take or leave it. I think if more people were like that and stood up for what they believed, we would have less problems in this world. Oh yeah and Bobby I got some music for ya as soon as I get it transferred over to YouTube . I really enjoyed it and not because it was my sons and when he sampled the sampler, I couldn't help but laugh. He has 2 originals.

I hafta giggle...a 19 friend visited and was enjoying Rebel Soul...I'd asked him before to guess the artist (which he wanted to know before listening) but I asked him to humor me. He has an eclectic and deep knowledge of really good music so I wanted to see his reaction fresh, unbiased. Although he knew some of Kid's previous artistry, he couldn't guess Kid Rock until 2 1/2 songs in! Pretty cool Kid keeps a 19 year old music connoisseur guessing. Then my friend put together a kick ass iPod playlist and it was awesome, but I hadta giggle again, because with Kid you don't need a playlist...you just hit play, baby! :) There's a mood and emotion to go along with all of mine and so I just sit back and enjoy the journey Kid takes me on every single time...every one! :) His music kicks ass! :) At some point later I hoped I could get my friend's honest input on another of Kid's songs...so I played Cucci Galore...come on, my friend's 19, I wanted to know :) Well, he started in right along, especially echoing "who are you" etc. and he was really enjoying it...but again, he had not a clue until after he laughed hearing the douchebag lyric and said, is this still Kid Rock? And then he kept happily singing along in a 19 year old guy kind of cool way! :)

Beckxy-every time I play Redneck Paradise, I immediately go back to being in the beautiful, clear turquoise water with Toni and Sonya beside me, and we are watching Kid perform up there on the beach, with a cruise ship moored behind us, buckets of Bud Light are bobbing in the water, and it is just one of those times where you don't have a care in the world and life is good!
