On Christmas day, it seems I blew the engine on my car. I will be unloading my Kid Rock collectibles, Paradime Collectibles, and TBT Collectibles. Heard a song by Fun think it is called Some Nights being used to advertise some product, it is just that it is so messed up that they are using that song to promote a product because at the end of the song they say, wonderful things came from lying . If that is my song and it goes right with Through Glass, Stone Sour sings the stars lie, and Sixx AM Lies of the Beautiful people, I just keep saying they were doing more than lying .

My what a soul-touchingly
My what a soul-touchingly beautiful song, Val - thank you so much for sharing. :) What a beautiful way to awake this lovely morning...the imagery, the poetry, the honest prayer feel...church hymns are so much a part of me. :) I miss singing them as regularly as I once did; patience, I know ;) it will come, but in the meantime I gotta dig out my packed away favorite hymnals. I believe Our God of Second Chances hears this prayer extra loud (my momma always said singing is like praying twice) and I believe God's love graces us immeasureably with second chances if we listen to and trust God's lead, let go of useless energy draining guilt He doesn't want us to feel, have faith in ourselves, and reach out and grab ahold of all the good stuff God has planned for His children. I believe since it was asked in humble prayer, it shall be given in measures untold...until now. :)
