Fogerty's album titled, "Wrote a Song for Everyone" has songs with both Bob Seger and Kid Rock, and will be available May 28. Fogerty performed two nights in a row on Letterman. Rolling Stone Video has clips.
Just wanted to say a heart filled THANK YOU to KIDROCK/TBT for an amazing show last night in Beaumont, TX Ford Arena !!! The show was incredible yet different. I hope You will "add" Ford Arena to the "normal" list of venues for future concerts.
The Ford Arena doesn't have a bad seat in the place. Holds bout 9,700 fans. Well designed, no "nose-bleed" seats. All seats have great views. Many, Many bathrooms through out, clean and no lines. For the Ladies, this is always a plus.
My only suggestion would be if possible to have "the ramp" on both left and right sides of the stage. And have them kick up the A/C well in advance. But being in the humid south & all the hot bodies & much hotter music it probably wouldn't matter. LOL
All in all, great time !!! Hope to see a future return show !!! Won't say anything about the show other than it was YUMazing !!! Don't want to spoil anything for anybody.

Yep, my brother brought me. My first husband and I got to see the Cocky tour and the Kid Rock tour in Houston. We brought my brother to the Cocky tour with us and he was only 19. He had a blast and has been a fan ever since. That is why he wouldn't allow us to miss the Rebel Soul tour.... especially being Beaumont is our home town and I wouldn't have to leave my little one all night.
I think he, like you, felt I needed to go shake the booty lol.
Thanks very much for all the
Thanks very much for all the nice words. They are very much appreciated:) Montana Anna you are so right!!! I know I need to get out a little when the songs I hum are off Nick Jr's Bubble Guppies lol. The song I was talking about was one of my all time fav's....(I think I worded it wrong not sure if it is his favorite). I just can't remember if it was a mainstream radio song because with all the Kid Rock cds I have, I listen to the whole cd many times and know all the songs:):)
Montana Anna, When do you get to go see the show??
Guess I better brush up on my
Guess I better brush up on my kid music...I know who Barney is, but Bubble Guppies? ;) lol :) I may have read your words wrong, too. :( My apologies :) I listen to his whole cds over and over and over again. He really inspires me...his musical artistry is truly legendary :) Oh, TXMOMMY, how I wish and hope and pray I get to see Kid's show really really soon...I'm soooo excited I could almost puke! :P I realized today I could hardly focus on anything else but the thought of seeing him! :) I'd say it's been a hard day, but who am I kidding ;) I've had a great day! :) I'm trying to figure out details ;) but not sweating the small stuff...heck I already have my bag packed in case everything pans out. lol :) If so, then I'll get to see him sooner than I had dared hope, so WAHOO!!! :) :) :) Wish me luck! :)

Yep, I was laughing, too ;) Still makes me laugh..."slapped your ass out the door!!!" lmao! :) The American Badass always delivers and thanks his fans for coming...that's a humble, cool rockstar if you ask me - ik you didn't ask but tuff lol - I like saying it :)
I agree 100%. The show was
I agree 100%. The show was amazing and I am so happy that I attended:) My boyfriend and I have a two year old daughter (my first child) and he has 2 kiddos from his first marriage that are both special needs. Needless to say, we do not spend money frivolously!! I have been a long time Kid Rock fan and he was coming to the town I actually live in. There would be no traveling to Houston..staying in a hotel ect. Long story short.......I bought myself a ticket as a Christmas gift:) I still felt guilty leaving my daughter that night (I have never left her at night) but my brother and I headed to the concert. I had the best time!! This was his best concert ever. It's amazing that in a venue with that many people Kid makes you feel like he is doing the show just for you!!!! He is a wonderful entertainer and this concert kicked ass!! Amazing....so true....Money well spent....and I bought a tee shirt....:) He also did one of favorite songs of his...( I wont say which one) but its not one of the huge hits, just my all time fav:) He gives you everything of himself....and I love that about him as an artist.
The American Badass delivered, thanked you for coming, and slapped your ass out the door!!!!! I will never forget this concert. My daughter was awake waiting on me when I walked through the door. She pointed to my concert tee and said "Cowboy" Perfect ending:):)
So, I forgot to ask...your
So, I forgot to ask...your brother picked you up take you to the concert? Had he been to Kid concerts before? I hope he had fun, too, chauffering and all! lol ;)
What an idyllic family of 5!!
What an idyllic family of 5!!! I hope you're having the time of your life! Sounds to me like it would be! :) Here's to your bright and loving future together! :) Truly Perfect Ending!!! :) :) :) Good for you, TXMOMMYS! I'm so happy you treated yourself to so much fun...and a t-shirt, too!?!?! :) A good, trusted babysitter is hard to find (so no guilt for me), but once you find one, do it! Come on, momma needs to get out, shake her booty, and have a good time, too! Helps keep some sort of balanced sanity for the whole family I'm thinking ;) And I commend you on your excellent choice of Kid Rock...no better good time had than a Kid Rock concert...even non-believers believe after witnessing! :) He's an amazing and awe-inspiring artist! I learn a lot from him. And speaking of how Kid gives you everything of himself and how he makes you feel like he is doing the show just for you...I felt that way watching smart phone youtube videos of his concert with the Detroit Symphony Orchestra, wow, almost a year ago now! (check 'em out if you haven't already - well worth it, trust me) I swear I was the only one there!!! Changed my life, yessiree___, changed my life indeedy! Ima happy girl! Thanks for not spilling the beans, but man, though, now I'm wondering what song he did...one of his favorites, huh?
Really nice...Thanks!!
Really nice...Thanks!!
I am going to Huntington
I am going to Huntington Center in Toledo, OH in March. It holds about 8,000 people. A far cry from the 40,000 at Comerica Park in Detroit. I have heard there isn't a bad seat in that venue too! Can't wait!
Thanks for your nice words,
