As reported in several messages here on this site, a person going by the name of Khristopher DiGuilio (real name of Khristopher Kernan Dorn) has been attempting to pass himself off as the tour manager for Kid Rock and/or as an executive at Top Dog Records. It has been confirmed that he has no association with Top Dog Records, Kid Rock's management team, Kid Rock's sponsored charities, or any other of Kid Rock's organizations.
This person was arrested on January 29th on suspicion of multiple felony counts for identity theft, credit card fraud, and document theft in Lake Havasu City, Arizona. Prior court records show dozens of similar charges since 1992, resulting in two separate prison terms, with the last release date of January 2011. There is also a current outstanding arrest warrant in the state of Michigan.
It is believed that Khristopher Dorn has committed similar crimes in the Phoenix and Tucson areas. If you are a victim of a crime related to this person or have knowledge of a crime that this person may have committed, you are encouraged to contact Detective Brian Madsen at the Lake Havasu City Police Department at 928-855-1171.

Have a friend who is a tattoo artist and all he does is tat and go to jail for stints. I have tried to talk to him and point this out and sort of try to talk him into a straight life but he just don't get it. I mean shit. Most times the man won't bust you down for smoking weed, drinking on occasion, and shit like that. He just ain't the brightest bulb i guess. Sadly i don't think he will ever change. In ways i think he is nearly institutionalized....It is like dude have you figured out yet why you keep going in? Last time i saw him when he came out the first thing he wanted to do was smoke and all this other stupid ass shit. He wanted new threads as he hated the prison clothes. Hell you ain't supposed to like it...He is all about the flash. Kept talking about dreams to have his own tattoo shop. Well a felon can't have a shop in his name. It is like how you gonna have a shop if you can't even save a nickel to get started? You blow it all on flash, drugs, and stupidity....
I can't wait in ways til he gets out this time. Just to see if he is worse or has any sense...HE owes me some money i am sure i will never see. But he can do some sweet ink after a while of tatting. So i expect i will wait and see his shitty work for a while til he starts hitting his stride then see. Odds are that i will get the rest of my ink elsewhere though. One never knows when he is gonna get jammed up again and for who knows how long!
SO ppl like this to me are such a waste.....AND the even sadder part is most of them got no clue what a waste they are...They are a burden on society, themselves, their families, friends, etc. I honestly believe prisoners should have to do work to pay for their stay...all that human rights shit is for the birds. I think they need to start
I think they need to start back to the old school way of doing prisons. Put them out working. Make them clean up all the garbage on the road sides, clean up graffiti, dig ditches, plow fields,etc. Basically earn their keep. Provide education, whether it is a high school diploma or going further so they got skills to earn a living without criminal means. Teach them life skills to cope the right way. Behavior modification.
AND yes i realize some of them will never change and it would be a waste of time. Some can learn by example. But i don't walk around with rose tinted glasses. SOME in prison are stone cold, evil, crooked as dogs hind leg and ain't never gonna change. There is hope...but i ain't dumb enough to play into all that. For those who are inmates you gotta prove to me you are something other than an inmate and criminal. Some ppl can change, but most don't that are inmates. They just keep doing the same shit and getting the same results. Thrown right back in prison.
TRUST me i don't agree with all our laws but i know there are penalties for breaking them...I think some of them are horseshit! An inmate is an inmate to me unless once released he/she turns their shit around and works on it themselves. I walked away from a bad road nearly 18 years ago and i haven't looked back much. No i wasn't in jail, i just decided to quit doing drugs and get my shit together and it wasn't easy. You drop every friend you have because if they do drugs and you don't you can't hang out. You straighten up and fly right. And for a long time and even still it is a bit of a solitary hang...but it is well worth it for the life i have chosen for myself.
IT is choices and the choices you make. ANYBODY can make better choices you just have to decide to and stand firm. And yeah you have to give somebody who messed up a chance but if they do the same shit over and over are you gonna sit there and continue to give them chances? NO.

I honestly tire of paying to upkeep ppl like this and the rest of the leeches of society. Unfortunately i can't change that either. That bullshit that prisoners don't have to work now needs to change. MOTHERFUCKER you are there to be punished because you fucked up & you don't want to work? Well neither do i to support your 3 hots and a cot, your toilet paper, your water, your sheets, the clothes you hate to wear...etc. And as far as your poor rights....guess what you forfeited most of them when you got convicted...least to me you did!
Not saying that there aren't some innocent ppl in prison....those truly innocent ppl i feel sorry for and hope justice finds it way to them. BUT the guilty fuckers: shut your mouth, do your time, do your work, take your punishment and get your shit straight! NO ppl shouldn't be beat in prison, or raped, or whatever else. BUT they also shouldn't be coddled....And you think you need cable tv, internet and all this other shit? Guess what? Work in prison then you pay a set amount for those things like the rest of us do!
