    I want to see through eyes unbroken
    I want to speak through words unspoken
    I want to hear the untold story
    I want to feel the unsung glory
    For eyes of mine have seen through time
    For The future they foresee nothing
    My love is but the crime
    My heart under pressure crushing
    My time never in a hurry
    My God my judge and jury
    For hell has no fury
    I want to see through eyes unbroken
    I want to speak through words unspoken
    I want to drive roads undriven
    I want life and love that's forgiving
    For to see with eyes unbroken
    Is life's small but fragile token
    For my eyes of wonder to partake
    To oversee life's small mistakes
    To speak through words unspoken
    And think thoughts without provoking

    Still working on and changing some lines and working on piano piece to go with it. Can't wait , finally the words and music coming together .

I'm talking with my sons attorney about the process of protection but I hope that in some way they inspire others. Raprite has really inspired me but not more than Bobby. It goes both ways.lol

I mean wealthy. My doctor is friends with a guy in Nashville who is a writer and only writes a couple a year and is able to live off that. I may get him to hook me up because this guy just writes the words not the music. I hopefully will be able to put music to them in the near future with a little help from my friends.

It's been done by a lot of artists though using different endings, Billy Joel's , oh what is the name, he talks about the cola wars and I can't take it anymore, then I believe was it REM or NXS that did one also. It's been done a bunch although I would like to say I was the inspiration. Now if something from this song shows up, I'll be more than pissed.lol

Thanks. I have really enjoyed writing especially in the last few years, before that it was probably 25 years ago in the Ozark mountains in the national forest in Arkansas when I was in college and took a trip to moms and was inspired by the beauty of the mountains and rivers and riding horses through the mountains and up to the cliffs. Something has just inspired me lately . Not sure exactly what but whatever it is, I like it. Going to learn piano and if my poor fingers can take it, the guitar. That way I can write the music to go with the lyrics. Might need some help on that one.

Fantastic, RJL!!! Sounds like you're having lots of musical fun :) Yippee for you!!! You go, girl!!! A few of your words remind me of one I wrote a while ago with a blues kinda church hymn Billie Holiday feel. You've inspired me to pick it up again. Thanks! I'm without piano (which I was relearning) and without djembe drumming (which I surprised myself with having learned) but I've sung a capella all throughout my life so no excuses for me, I guess :) ...but I do miss the instruments...patience, Anna, patience :)

Have been listening to a lot of Billy Joel and singing to live piano. Fun, fun, fun. Love piano man, she's got a way about her, she's always a woman to me etc,etc. muah! Love the music. I saw kid playing a piano piece on YouTube and to me there is nothing more attractive than a man at the piano. It was awesome and although he was a sweaty mess, it was the most beautiful thing I've seen in a while. So much so, I couldn't even tell you what the song was. I know it was a song by someone else. I'll have to go back and look it up now.
