I do ebay on the regular. I am astonished @ some of the sellers i have tried to contact lately. Perhaps they are too busy or something? I am looking @ stethoscope covers. I bought a nice Littman sometime back. Well i bought only 1 stethoscope cover. Now i keep thinking i need a couple more so i can alternate them and wash them regularly. I do wash the one but with advent of hopefully finally finishing up and passing boards i figure it would be good to have a couple more of them. I will be working more then part time like i have been. Would be a good idea to @ least wash it after each rotation and change up the cover frequently.
WELL anyway i have contacted like 3 sellers. NONE of them have contacted me back. I was asking about getting a customized one of the St. Louis, Cardinals and also to see if i could get the patterns in flannel. Flannel is a much more comfortable fabric to be rubbing against your neck all the time day in and day out. It is soft and just easier to care for etc. I am just amazed not ONE of those sellers even sent a response. Saying @ the least no we don't do custom jobs.
I am sitting here scratching my head. The firs seller i contacted a while back did respond. Well when i go to look @ her stuff she has jacked her prices up more then double. I am still considering ordering with her though. I mean shit...if you are gonna sell stuff have some freaking customer service for the love of god!
ANYBODY else here have these kinds of experiences??? This honestly is the first time i have run into this on ebay and quite honestly i am shocked....

Honestly Ajay, I find etsy more trustable and reliable both with product and service. eBay has it's strengths but also it's weaknesses especially if dealing directly with Chinese or other new nations trying to learn the world economy. They are getting better, but, screw me once, shame on you, etc......

Much thanks! Googled that then went to etsy. One shop in particular had a several that i liked. I asked about the Cardinals one i want made. We will see is all i can say!

Well signed up for Etsy like i said. Then went back and checked ebay...finally that last one i contacted had some sense and she makes customized covers. I order some fleece St. Louis Cardinals 1 yard, which is 3 feet. So i told her i would like as many as she can make from them. Figure i will sell them to peeps i know. Well 2-3 of them that is. THE rest probably 2 are mine! It all will just take time. Probably a week to get the material in, a week for her to get the material and make them and probably a week to get them back. About 3 weeks from now i will have some fly ass stethoscope covers!
A few months from now i might acquire one or two more, but gonna be loving my new Cards ones once i get them!

I wouldn't deal with ppl out of the country for something i want made. WHEN i do ebay i always hit US sellers only. I DON'T LIKE BUYING ANYTHING OUTSIDE OF THE US. First off it takes forever to get it, second screw them! Why should i pay for merchandise from a foreigner when i can buy with an American and keep them working? FOREIGN is always the very last RESORT for me!
