My Boss said that I's so efficient he could run ofc w/ just me... and

I said that I didn't think it was right. I filled in for other lady two wks over Christmas and he said a good thing, which I appreciated. He said that I did such a good job and that I was so efficent, (which I don't understand cause I was holding back b/c I saw how he took advantage of other and knew of legal situations confirming the same w/ other employees, 7 so far), I said I agreed that I could. He said I could also do the seasonal position from feb to april or may, I's light... hmmm. So I thought, I emailed and said that I thought we could all work together as a unit and be successful. (I knew the other lady was planning on leaving, but long interview process and then I'd be stuck anyways, so I addressed now before I had no choice.) He never replied.
Then instead of laying her off, or pushing her out the door which I believe was his plan to avoid unemployment, he says cause she's difficult and she is, but HE IS TOO. So anyways... he said Bobbie I first have to say that you are a wonderful person and you bring to the table such a wonderful, positiveness and you are the only employee that I have ever had that has respected me and treated me with respect and done everything I have ever asked. (the others eventually ignored his request b/c they would at times be like, hed' drop a box of tooth pics and ask you to pic them up like that game, without dropping ... ohh... just because.) Anyways, he said I just feel like we are two different types of people. I SAID VERY NICELY, WITH A RESPECTFUL TONE... "you got that right, we are like this - out my arms totally apart." He asked me my thoughts on making the office better. I said by, keeping your word. He asked what ways, I said everything. You never follow through, ever ( then I heard taylor swift, ever, ever... lol really I did), He asked for an example, I said you told all of us, including the seasonal CPA's for your tax program, that you were hiring one individual for them, so they didn't have to share w/ your staff due to probs prior yr. You said to all of us individually and... as a collective unit. You tried just giving it to me. Which I would have until you promised, FOR SIX MONTHS, otherwise to ALL OF US! I said here's the thing, in relationships all relationships but lets just talk about work... an employee not a contract employee an employee under you salary, hrly whatever... should do a good job, then they should do above and beyond... BUT when they do above the "above and beyond", they should be compensated accordingly. Here's the thing, in relationships including working relationships it is about give and take, and all you want to do is take. So, THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THIS AND BY THE WAY I'm gonna need it in writing so that I can take it to the unemployment office. HE TURNED WHITE AND YELLED WHAT!!! I said yeah, I've been here past six months, so... I will be filing for unemployment.
He thought I hadn't hit yet and then for the girl there a yr, he could just push her out. This guy has had no employee longer than six months except the two of us and one lady prior who filed complaint on him, one of those that filed a complaint which is still ongoing w/ feds. that one is for slave labor since he requires beyond 8 hrs daily and doesn't allow lunch or breaks. (but in his defense he did let us use the restroom, quickly). So... on the road again... I'm on that job search road again.. . in this case, I am just so happy to be on the road again. I do have to say regardless, I still to this day am grateful for this or that now, job. I got to get caught up and... paid for my cruise which was a wonderful room at an really good rate thank God, by the Grace of wonderful Friend. So, it's like most things in life, there is good and bad. We have a choice on which of those two to focus and to empower by our focus. I'm choosing the good.
