    Okay... just having a lil fun had to take a break from online lectures and problem solving and my husband and I got silly and thought about this concept.

    Your on a boat mother fucker for 5 days with Kid Rock & Twisted Brown Trucker and 2000 fans/friends plus several other kick-ass artists. You know you need to sleep so you don't fall over, but time won't allow because you may just be having the best time of our life. A typical sleep consists of 8 hours per 24 hour period. Using X as the unknown variable for hours of sleep you will get in the 5 days on the boat... solve the equation.

    I knew this Algebra course would come in handy.

    We can also work this out for buckets of beer per day being that they are about 30 bucks with tips and fees - five beers per bucket... Using X for how many beers can we drink in 5 days with 500 bucks....lol

I'm now at the part of the course where I have to recall formulas.. 5/9 degrees Celsius = -32 degrees Fahrenheit, and distance = rate and time, no problem and formulas for shapes.. which the easy ones are fine... but um trapezoids..lol 1/2h (B+b)to get an area... I think. Cramming ; )

Well in a typical persons 5 days that would be 40 but in Kid Rock party boat hours I'd say little to none, so maybe 3-4 hrs a night therefore putting x as a variable of 15-20. Now take that and solve statistically of what the average amount of sleep per person would be. Get out about 4 pieces of paper, this is gonna be a long one. Hey, if you want a long one, I got one for ya Lmaoritf.

This brings to mind how long does a 12oz beer last. I think it would depende on what other if any substances you have in your body and than maybe if you slow down after so much.

that is a good one to look at...lets see 12 oz beer.. let's say an ounce a swallow/gulp... if you swallow every 2 minutes.. that's about round about a beer every half hour...but wait this gets tough here because we have to put in the equation of consuming more as we start to get buzzed.. (not slowing down.. that's too hard to do unless we knock ourselves out)... so the husband says we also have to take in account the music going on 2x + 30mins + rate of buzzness = y. Why cause it's about to go down.. 8D

I went to the Rose Bowl when Jimmy Harbaugh was the quarterback (we lost). Anyway, I went to the student New Year's Eve party in the hotel and some guy came up to me and asked if he could buy a drink for me. I said sure, but could he buy one for my boyfriend, too, standing next to me. LOL-he said YES and bought us two drinks.

I am not on the boat, could care less about beer, and sure do wish all of you the best time ever. Share your memories.....and remember, the only time your body heals is when you sleep.

I will sleep when I'm dead! I wouldn't let me roommates sleep during last year's cruise. Too afraid we'd miss the fun if we did.

Don't confuse my brain--drink as many beers as your body will let you, eat when you can to soak it up, and divide by sleep (hopefully at least a quotient of 4 hours per 24 hour period.) Haaa Haa!
